Great Scot Car Stereo — Attraction in Norwich

I wanted to share my experience with great scot car stereo of Norwich, Connecticut...I purchased a Brand new 2025 Lexus LX600 F Sport Luxury and wanted to get my gen. 2 Valentine 1 radar detector installed with a mirror tap as my Lexus mirror has lots of accessories wired in including a factory rear camera full mirror, with several different sensors and settings with zoom features, ect..wanted to make sure with all the extra stuff packaged into this factory build and wanted a highly skilled technician to mirror tap this extremely complex mirror...Tom, the owner did the installation process which was completed in 1 hour:) Exceptional quality customer service and Tom is exceptionally skilled at his craft...extremely knowledgeable and professional:) always a pleasurable experience with Tom and his staff !! I highly appreciate and recommend Great Scot car stereo for all your vehicle needs ...from remote starters, alarm system, high end stereo, amplifiers and speakers, custom installation...can't say enough great things about Tom and his staff...been doing business with them for decades!! I lost my remote for my car starter and needed to order another one. After waiting for about 1 month (shipped from Canada) my remote was in and needed to be programmed. Unfortunately the original remote that came with the starter was no longer produced and a compatible model was sent to the store, however, that remote was unable to be programmed to my starter. They told me they would contact the company and get another remote that would work with my starter, which is fine, but I live in Northern Massachusetts and had to drive 1 1/2 hrs one way only to hear that the remote doesn't work and I would have to wait possibly another month for a replacement remote from Canada. Feeling my frustration, the good people at Great Scot quickly looked for a solution. They had a couple of old unusable remotes from previous customers that were the same as my original remote. They got one to work, programmed it to my truck, and it worked! Also, there was no charge and they still put the order in for a new remote. This is an example of great customer service and how business SHOULD be done! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Great Scot for all of your car...

Have always been a fan of GreatScot I've purchased stereo's, remote starters, and windows tinted. Always a pleasure working with Brian. Recently I went to get a price on a stereo installed, a guy came out, didn't recognize him. I wanted to show him my car for a stereo install. He barely wanted to talk to me. He said they are very busy..and couldn't do it for a long time ??? and then said the owner is actually so busy he would have to look at my car but sounded like he didn't want to do the job. I told him then I'll go somewhere else and he proceeded to say if you can't get it done then try us back ??? Brian never would have told me this and would have made a sale then and there even if it took a couple of months. No idea who this guy is but he...
