At 1:20ish am Scott goes and gets whatever he wants and a double bacon cheeseburger for me, no ketchup. He gets back about 1:35am Ketchup. I send him back, he comes back and it’s ice cold uncooked hamburger with broken unmelted cheese and ice cold bacon at 1:50am. He went back a third time because he is the best boyfriend in the whole world but I highly doubt I’ll be having dinner tonight. Look I get that YOU messed up our order that we PAID for but you could have had the common human decency to remake it correctly and show me that you care. I’ve worked in fast food before. Open until 2am does not mean shut the lights off and pretend you’re not there to get out early. I don’t know if you have a night manager but if you do they should be fired because this is a common occurrence of food always being made wrong and staff not being held accountable. If there is no night manager your staff cannot be trusted at night and needs a leader. Constantly the lights are shut down 15-20 minutes to close and more often than not the food order is entirely wrong. I actually don’t like fast food but I work at a casino and if I have to have it I want Burger King because I think your food is better. I just wish your standards were as high as mine. I’m disappointed and disgusted because this keeps happening over and over and it is beyond evident that no one on your closing staff cares. Update: at 1:53am when Scott went back the lights were off and they ignored him at the speaker. So as far as I’m concerned you stole money from me, gave me food I was allergic too then threw cold food at me and basically said cook it yourself because we don’t care and you don’t deserve it. Read moreOn 11/12/23 I visited this store after placing an online order with my toddler son. When I arrived at the restaurant no one was at the register. After a few minutes a lady approached with an attitude yelling “You ready you ready what do I need”. She came off wrong, she should have apologized for making me and my son stand there with no one at the register. If she was having a bad day she should have tried her best to calm down and approach me with a pleasant attitude. I asked her if she’s okay because her tone was not appropriate. I proceeded to tell her what I came there for and she yelled I NEED TO SEE YOUR PHONE. I felt terrible especially with my son standing there and taking in all this behavior, attitude and energy from Luz. Everyone in the store began to look at her at that point even the workers were glancing to see what’s going on. I felt like I was a thug or did something wrong. That’s when I asked for her name she said it’s Luz and decided to write a complaint. When she gave me my order she covered the store # so I could not see it. However I can back in to get it and that’s when I saw the manger and had a conversation about her. She did not give my son a toy in his or nor did she ask us if we wanted condiments for or order. Luz was very unprofessional and should go through a training session on how to deal with customers with working under stress, when not working under stress and also the race of the customer. Read moreIn mood for chicken sandwich. First went through drive through. Wanted honey mustard. Also grilled. So he says we don't have honey mustard but what do you want to drink. I wanted to leave..I like it with that in sandwich. Then decide to just get it. I said I would try sweet and sour. I get the sandwich. Fried. No sauce. Go back around the line. First time though young kid on phone. Never said thanks. Nothing polite or welcoming. So I was worried to get a grilled sandwich if I complained. So I went back around.
