Lover's Lane — Attraction in Norwood Park Township

Just came out after buying about $75 worth of things. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you’re colored. I just got out of the military to be followed around by a minimum wage worker as if I need to steal anything. The only reason I still paid for anything is because my lady wanted it. The colorful haired lady walked up to us at least 6 times while we were in the store, not offering this “assistance” to any of the other shoppers, and there were many. Do you think people want to constantly be bothered by your overbearing a$$ while shopping for intimate items with their partners, meanwhile you're constantly harrassing and trying to convince them to buy the most expensive items in the store? These employees need customer service classes. Will not be back, because this is ridiculous. The lovers lane in San Antonio was great but this one needs to realize it’s 2023...

Definitely do not come here and definitely do not buy anything because these people are openly scamming people and despite the laws, they do not refund any money. Even if you take the product back on the first day, you cannot get any money back. I am really complaining about this and I will not pursue it. I mean, it was 80 dollars, nothing will happen, let it go, let it go from me, but I do not want anyone to be subjected to such fraud like me. And I would like to add that when I took the product for a refund, they treated me so rudely that I was surprised, as if they knowingly knew that the man they scammed would come back and they acted accordingly, I really felt this in order not to refund the money, I mean, they are looking for a reason to fight when you take the product back...

The sales person was much too pushy. As soon as we walked in the door she was crowding us, and even though I told her 3 times we wanted to browse on our own she continued to watch us and come over. She tried to push the most expensive items, and gave me a nasty look when I said I'd prefer to buy a specific product elsewhere.

We only found relief from her when the next customers walked in, and she focused her attention on them.
