Culver’s — Restaurant in Norwood Park Township

I stopped in here several weeks ago. I ordered a single burger (no cheese or Mayo). I have been here several times and have never had a negative experience. They always get my order correct. My favorite treats are: the turtle sundae and strawberry concrete mixer.

However, on this particular day I took a few bites of my burger and it tasted very weird. My burger was half cooked and have raw. I went around the drive-thru again and explained half of my burger was raw (you could see the blood).

The Culver's employee asked me to pull around and they would make me another Burger. Not only did I get a burger, but I was given a FREE frozen custard dessert. She asked me if I wanted vanilla or chocolate (I was given a choice which I really appreciated). This Culver's gets 5 stars for customer service alone!

The only negative regarding this particular Culver's is if you have to wait for your food, to be made fresh, the spots in the parking lot where you wait are very awkward. They tell you which numbered spot to pull into, but it is not a well-designed area to wait for your food (or frozen custard).

I have heard other vehicles beeping their horns at other vehicles to get out of the way, so they can leave the parking lot. It's a mess! I don't know who came up with the design of the waiting "parking" area, but it really sucks.

The restaurant is very clean. They always clean off the tables. There are plenty of booths and tables. The employees are friendly and make you feel very welcomed.

You order your food, pay for your food and sit in a booth or table. Your food is delivered directly to your table by a Culver's employees. The reason for my 4 star review is because of the poorly designed...

Prob will never be back, I go out of my way sometimes to go to Culver's. The last time I visited, a portion of my order was not provided- I didn't check the bag until I got home( my fault I know) once home I realized a chicken sandwich was missing for my order so I called Culver's asking if they could just refund me because it was too far for me to drive back. They refused stating they don't do refunds over the phone and they could offer me coupons or I could come back in for a refund. Culver's is out of my way so I couldn't just drive back that night and I haven't been in the area. Needless to say have I've yet to get any type of refund or coupons and unfortunately, I cannot dispute this with my bank since I purchased other food that I did receive. Based on this, I'll never come back to again. They literally robbed me for over five dollars sandwich and I still have the receipt to prove it. What kind of establishment can't give refunds - legit a joke. Save your money and your heart and find...

I regularly visit this location on my lunch breaks and I am always given a reason to keep coming back. The food quality is incredible for the price, the dining areas are clean and well-kept, and most of all, the staff is comprised of some of the most kind, hard working, and incredible individuals you will ever meet. No matter the circumstances or time of day, you will receive incredible service if you show even a fraction of humanity to the staff. There are multiple individuals who go out of their way to converse with customers, creating a sense of community like the ones you only see in the movies. In particular, everything seems to operate perfectly whenever the manager, Leila, is on duty. I can tell that almost every employee enjoys working at this location, and if her leadership is part of what drives this location to be so great, then I would like that to be known. I will continue to frequent this restaurant and hope that they all know that I and my coworkers appreciate...
