Infinity Pools of Michigan — Attraction in Novi

We have been pool owners for 3 years and have had issues understanding and figuring out our pool UNTIL we found Infinity pools! From the first call (in February) I was impressed. Heidi was quick to answer my questions and ensure that we had a plan for the upcoming summer. The team showed up when they said they would to open the pool and were kind and courteous. I was unsure how to work the system for the first few summers as the previous company told me I didn’t need to know causing many issues and days of not using the pool. It’s been only a few weeks and “Scuba Steve” has explained our system and FaceTimed me on numerous occasions when I’ve had questions to help me with the system.
