Hukilau Beach — Attraction in Oʻahu

Gorgeous beach with a fair amount of use right at the entrance but lots of free space if you walk just a minute or two. The water is super clear. I was standing about 4 feet deep and could still see my individual toes. The sand is super fine and I didn’t see or step on any rocks.

There were lots of small fish that would swim right up to me and I was even able to touch a few. 😂 We saw a turtle swimming right up near us and something that looked and swam like a ribbonfish. We did also see a small jellyfish and waded away from it as soon as we saw it.
