Subway — Restaurant in Hawaii

Maybe I’m an outlier here, but the wife and I agreed this subway is the best we’ve ever had (we are from KY). This is also the first subway my wife and I have EVER seen SLICING THE MEAT FRESH. I’ve been to multiple subways from KY, TN, NC, SC, OH, etc. and this location whoops them all. Employees were quick and to the point, good service, AGAIN fresh sliced meat, no “old” or “hot” meat served. The (I assume owner) was sitting in the corner with some spreadsheets discussing various work related topics with her employees, she did not bother us or any other customer. Placed an order for delivery from here. After an hour and a half, we call and they tell us it's just sitting there, and if we want it, we have to come get it. If we hadn't called, I have to wonder how long our food would have sat there.

We get the food back to find out the chips are missing and 1/3 of the sandwiches were wrong.

Very hideous “service” served with a bad attitude. I ordered a meal and went to pick it up. We were told “it’s all there in the bag”. It wasn’t. No chips, bottled drinks, etc. I called and spoke with Kaley (12/3/24 at 5:03 pm) and told her what happened. Instead of being courteous, she pulled a very bad attitude at me.
