I'm a mom with 2 Littles and a husband who loves the beach. This place had some great waves not far from shore. Making sand castles was a bit harder than other beaches we've been to but it's doable! We saw plenty of people bring their own shade, but there were also some palm trees you could use as natural shade. Overall we ended up going from having a 2 hour beach trip planned to a 4 hour trip 😂 I'm sure if we brought more food we would've stayed here all day! I will say for parking we preferred across the street because it was next to the restroom and the little shower head to rinse off after the beach. Can't wait...

It seems a lot of people had the same idea, as there was quite a crowd that showed up right around sunset, but I still managed to find a parking spot.
