UPDATE 11/12/21 I continue to come here to see Joy. I always appreciate her friendly and upbeat attitude. Even though I can see that they are busy with appointments, she never makes me feel rushed. She remembers how I like my hair and recommends greats products to me! She's a nice reminder of what customer service should look like!
I'll be honest, I'm kind of on the frugal side (see other reviews, lol), but she put a serum on my hair that made these tired strands look like how they were in my 20s! She put it on after my cut and I came back a few days later to buy a whole bottle. (Sorry, forgot them name... Paul Mitchell, clear bottle and serum for fizziness and shine)
While I dont think its required, I highly recommend making an appointment since they are in a busy shopping center. Its so easy!

I was very impressed because even if there were many walkins who she had to talk to, she seemed intent on getting my hairdo the way I wanted. I wanted a short layered cut that would grow out nicely with minimum maintenance. Nine days later, I am very happy to put a little mousse on my hair and run out the door.
From the minute I approached the door she treated me very professionally. She was cleaning the front glass and stopped to check me in. Also she demonstrated such outstanding customer service skills in patiently listening to the walk ins requests and phone calls. She did not rush them.

What about us regular customers who schedule and are sitting there waiting while they take the next walk-in. Case in point: I’m scheduled to cut my hair at 10am, it is now 9:50am and your stylist takes the next walk-in instead of me. Common sense dictates the stylist should’ve taken the scheduled customer and let another stylist who has no appointment to service the walk-in.
