I can't say enough good things about Massage Envy Kaneohe! They truly go above and beyond to make every experience exceptional. The staff always treats me with the utmost care and professionalism, making me feel valued as a client. One of the things I love most is their personalized touch—I’m on a list for my favorite therapists, and whenever there’s an opening, they’re quick to call or text me. It feels like they genuinely care about ensuring I get the care I need with the therapists I love.

The front staff are absolutely amazing! Lexi and the team are always so welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in. They’re also incredibly on it with the text messages—checking in if it’s been a while since my last visit and gently reminding me to prioritize self-care. It’s such a thoughtful touch that makes me feel seen and supported.

I personally prefer deep pressure massages, and Allan is one of my absolute favorites. He’s simply amazing! Every session with him leaves me feeling so much better—both physically and mentally. It’s clear he’s skilled and passionate about what he does, and it shows in every massage.

Living on the Windward side of Oahu, Massage Envy Kaneohe is my favorite place to go for massage, facials and now red light therapy. I have been a member since they opened in Pearl City and I have been to Kapolei, Aina Haina and even their Maui location. All of them are amazing. The front desk is super welcoming and does a phenomenal job getting to know me and understand my needs. I have been to dozens of Massage Envy Hawaii therapists and estheticians over the years and had a wonderful experience with all of them. I love being able to have more than 1 therapist or esthetician that can look up my wellness history and customize my treatments to my needs. They are open 7 days a week which helps me get in but I always try to schedule after my last session so I have more options of when I can go and who I can see. My new favorite thing is the red light therapy. After a few sessions I feel the difference. For me, the biggest benefit to red light therapy is having less overall pain that I had become used to having. Let me start out with it's probably not this location specifically as much as it is the company as a whole. The staff here is professional and friendly and I have always been treated with respect even while they help me resolve problems with our account. I gave them 3 stars because it's not fair to hold this location solely responsible for their companies policies.

But with that said do not sign up for a membership! I did so years ago at another location (in Florida) and I'm pretty sure that getting rid of an STD would be easier than cancelling or managing your account here. Nothing can be done purely over the phone you must sign paperwork. Military beware, this company has no understanding of "Power of Attorney" so if you are deployed, don't expect your spouse to be able to help out. When I tried to suspend my account it took paperwork, three months, and phone calls from me specifically while on TAD before I stopped getting billed.
