I purchased a wig from the owner Tren on 9/3/22 and it was supposed to take 14 to 21days to be delivered. After 21 days I began to send e-mails and text messages to inquire about the wig, and finally I heard from Tren telling me I would receive an email with a tracking number but that didn’t happened right away. At this time i sent Tren another email threatening to contact my bank to file a dispute for this order. Finally on day 35 I received an email from Tren apologizing for the delay and reassuring me that this wasn’t a scram and gave me fifty dollars off of the three hundred and sixty dollars of the cost that I paid. finally I received the wig a week later and the wig looked nothing like the picture on the website, the wig Vicki on the website had long hair on one side of the wig, the wig I received had long hair on both sides. The wig was such a rush job the hair didn’t come close to what was advertised. This was such a waste of money for me, customer who left these good reviews must be family and friends because what I received and the head ache I went through to receive such trash shows the integrity of this seller, this was my first and last time patronizing this person in any fashion of form.
