We had a blast at Escape Factor! Eight of us experienced players had a great time with the Bonus Game Show room and Timekeeper room. Brandon, our GM was amazing! He explained everything we needed to know ahead of time and was very upbeat and fun. After each game, he wanted to make sure to go over anything we were confused by or wanted to understand better -which we really appreciate in a GM! After we were done, Brandon gave us great restaurant recommendations in the area and did not disappoint! (We ended up eating at Fat Duck, which is just about a block away.) The facilities at Escape Factor are clean, the rooms are well themed and designed, and, it's awesome that they create their own games! Benjamin at the front desk was very personable and helpful, getting us checked in all set when we got there, and helped us add extra players that were able to come at the last minute. I hope to come back and do their other two rooms, but keep in mind they are meant for smaller groups, ideally max six people. Tips: Game Show room is nice and bright and easily fit our group of eight with plenty of fun puzzles to do! Timekeeper room was darker, and a little smaller, but still had enough space for all eight of us to work in different areas on different puzzles. Both were heavy on a variety of locks - but if you can't see the tiny numbers/letters, they even provide reading glasses to borrow - too cool! (As someone with 50 year-old eyes now, I really appreciate 😁.) Oh, And Brandon made sure to thoroughly explain the clue request process as well as to see if we wanted any "nudges' along the way - loved that! (Some places don't give any nudges, or they make you pay for clues, or they give too much away with their hints - not at Escape Factor, and Brandon was fantastic!)

AH-MAZING!! We came for my daughter’s tenth birthday. Let me confess that I was a bit apprehensive about “escaping” but this isn’t at all what I envisioned. I never even looked at the door to confirm if it was locked (they say it wasn’t). We played the game room and it was so interactive…Im underselling it, I swear. There was such great satisfaction in solving a clue and unlocking the next. I was blown away by the components that were relevant and how it all came together. Our Gamekeeper was so kind and the perfect guide for us first timers. I’m telling you that this brought my family closer. We worked together, we laughed, we messed up but we escaped!! Do this!! I promise it’s worth every cent.

Had a phenomenal time last night doing the Game Show room and visiting Escape Factor for the very first time, we made out with 11 seconds remaining and what a thrill it was! Great use of the game show theme throughout and our amiable game show host Martin did a wonderful job of nudging us in the right direction and being super friendly and knowledge as well! Kudos to you Martin, job well done! Super fun, very challenging and a very nice mix of puzzles, check this room out! Don't wait, book today! Jonathan & Dexter, great room guys!

My recent adventure in an escape room was nothing short of exceptional. It delivered an adrenaline-pumping experience that was both intellectually stimulating and incredibly fun. From start to finish, this escape room captivated my senses and challenged my problem-solving skills in the best way possible.

One of the standout features of this escape room was the cleverly designed puzzles. Each challenge was a masterpiece of logic, creativity, and teamwork. The diversity in puzzle types and difficulties ensured that everyone in our group was engaged and enthralled by the experience. It was immensely satisfying to see our collective intelligence and cooperation lead us to success.

The attention to detail in the room's design was remarkable. The set, props, and ambiance were so well-crafted that they transported us into a different world. The immersive atmosphere added to the sense of urgency, making every moment inside the room feel exhilarating.

The storytelling elements were seamlessly integrated into the experience. As we progressed through the adventure, we became characters in our own thrilling narrative, complete with twists and surprises that kept us on the edge of our seats. It was like stepping into a movie, and it left a lasting impression.

The guidance from the staff was just right. They provided helpful hints when we needed them, ensuring that we were always making progress without feeling frustrated. Their passion for escape room adventures was evident, and their enthusiasm added to the overall enjoyment.

The ultimate satisfaction came when we cracked the final puzzle and made our escape. It was a triumphant moment that left us with a sense of accomplishment and a desire to return for more.

In conclusion, this escape room provided an outstanding adventure filled with ingenious puzzles, immersive design, captivating storytelling, and exceptional staff support. It's an experience that deserves a solid five-star rating and comes highly recommended for anyone seeking an unforgettable and exhilarating adventure. I can't wait to return for more thrilling escapades!

Unfortunately this room was such a huge disappointment to all of the people in my group... For those who have not done many escape rooms, they could still get enjoyment out of the room we did. For those wanting to do an above-average escape room, this probably isn't the place for you...

The people in my group have done at least a few dozen escape rooms over the last five years, which would classify us as an intermediate skill. More importantly, we have done so many different types of rooms around the country that we know what makes a good room and what does not.

We chose the Game Show room after reading many reviews that said it was the best room at Escape Factor. I will only list our biggest complaints because I do still appreciate the effort in making the room. So first and foremost, the room had a "live actor/host" in the room the entire time. This is a terrible idea for many reasons, but mostly because we don't want someone staring at us the entire time. We have had live actors in rooms before, but it needs to be the right setting(such as being in the dark). In the case of this room, it was just weird and uncomfortable, especially since the room is physically on the smaller side. Secondly, the room itself is so unoriginal/uncreative that none of us will even remember the room. The plot of the story was also less than par. There were also way too many key locks and combo locks! The remaining time was also not displayed anywhere which is a basic need for an escape room! I could go on but I won't.

Again, for those with little experience, this could be really fun and challenging, but for our group it...
