Lee's Ice of Central Florida — Attraction in Oak Ridge

Very disappointed! Called for an emergency delivery at 9:30am and needed Ice by noontime. Was told by Amanda that the driver was in at 10am and it would be put to the top of the list. Called again at 1:20pm only to find out that our delivery as 2 more stops away and in Altamonte Springs. Our location is near 535 and Lake Buena Vista. I Cancelled the order as it would've been almost 4 hours after needing it. I guess with Lee's Ice and emergency means 6 hour min which personally doesn't qualify. A phone call or some honesty on actual time of delivery...

Damn near got run over on 200 in Ocala today by one of their trucks. Just swapped lanes right on top of us. Less then 12 inch’s from taking us out before we had to go into on coming traffic to get away from these people they got driving for them. This happens at 1010am on sr 200.
