Churchill Square — Attraction in Ocala

Honestly my least favorite Publix in town. I try to avoid it, usually driving out of my way to a different location, but it is so close to work that I occasionally succumb to the long day and stop in. And yet every time, that long day ends up even longer, because this Publix has so many employees that lack the neccessary sense of urgency. Out of all the Publix in Ocala this has got to be the best. This staff is the friendliest and most helpful. I shop Publix all over Ocala and Belleview. Some of the stores have deli people and meat department specialists that act like they don't really want to help you. Churchill is way above the rest in customer service. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name in the meat department that went out of his way to see if I needed help. I would give him a raise. I went to quest for lab work. Quest never disappoint the customer service is above excellent, the facility has been remodeled it very clean and organized, the service is quick however excellent at the same time. Employers Shand took care of me she definitely takes customer service to another level, while calling people back she stop to help individuals with the check in process, showing lots of concern not just who she's working with but everyone.
