I know the Publix is down. Probably a reason why they’re not getting as much traffic as they used to, but there’s no reason for poor customer service. I asked about how many pieces were in a sushi roll. And I asked to confirm if the 3 roll would have 18 pieces and the server looked down with a “You are stupid” look on her face and barked Yes. Yes.
I’m sorry but that was disrespectful and flat out rude. I’m frequenting your business. There’s no need to treat someone like that just for asking a question. Sadly, I will never step foot in there again. Asian owned businesses need to learn how to adopt a friendlier American style of customer service.
I called back tried to discuss with them. And she did listened to me but then proceeded to deflect and tell me I just sat at the bench and I needed to ask permission to sit there when she wanted me to sit at the table. Ummm… there was like no one else in there and you let me sit there.
Obviously, she didn’t want to earn repeat business but wanted to point a finger at me that I did wrong and win an argument. Who’s the customer here? She then told me… sorry we busy and hung up (like no one else was there). Please realize the customer service here is going to be the opposite...

The size of the rolls normally are in 8 pieces for their premium/deluxe rolls now they are down to 6 or at least I was served only 6 pieces. That would be fine with me if they were larger in the overall width of the rolls but they weren't it was like going to a place and ordering just a tuna roll and barely any tuna is put inside it for 4-6 dollars for those types of rolls. Read moreI was so disappointed in this place. I came here because the reviews were good. However this place was no good. Go to the Publix next door and save yourself the money and stomach issues. We tried 5 rolls and not one was pleasing. When we asked for the check the server sidnt even care that the food was rancid. 50 dollars down the drain and now my favorite food has left me with the worst taste.
