We had a bad time yesterday which is my son was playing with other girl “ battle game “ and while they playing my son hits her in the stomach she started crying and my son apologized to her which is normal kids are playing “ my son get hurts everytime from other kids and that’s normal they are playing “ but the father of that girl he did something so bad to my son he took the battle stick from the other kid and he throw it so hard but so hard on my son’s face made him fell down and all his face was so red! , ofcourse as a mom that’s made me so mad I called the cops and I asked the man to stay till the cops showed up but he took his daughter and left immediately! He could’ve come to me and talked to me but not touching my son ! And I’ve talked to my son there I told him to watch out the way he plays with other kids and he came back to the girl and apologized to her but no the man decided to take a revenge by him self ! WTH What kind of people are you ! If you so scared on your children to get hurt just stay home don’t bring them outside ! And I’m still looking for that case that man won’t never run away from what he did to my son he may do it again to...
Read moreBest Trampoline Park in Texas!
I absolutely love how this place is always bursting with energy! I’ve visited several trampoline parks across Texas, and this one is hands-down the best—and my personal favorite.
It’s always super clean and well maintained, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. I never cringe when my child touches the floor, mats, trampolines, or foam pit—it’s that clean! The cool dim lighting and black lights make everything glow, and the music adds to the fun vibe.
This is also an awesome spot for birthday parties. They offer a variety of packages, and the kids always have a blast and leave completely worn out from all the jumping.
On top of that, the staff here is fantastic. Over the past 5 years, I’ve always been greeted with a smile and received top-notch customer service. Everyone seems genuinely happy to work here, and it really shows. Their positive energy and professionalism are what truly set Altitude apart from other parks.
Huge kudos to the entire team for making this such a fun, safe, and welcoming place...
Read more2 Stars because the kids liked it but While paying in line the kids that work there asked us if we wanted to buy socks. We said no. Of course who would want to spend money on them. It sounds optional right? Not like if they would have said "do you have your own altitude socks already or would you like to buy them"? Which would have led me to ask "are they optional"? Once on the floor and jumping we were told sorry we had to have trampoline socks on. We know you all have to make money. But i guess what do you expect when kids are running it. Sure its good for them to learn and we should be patient but now all of us customers get to be the people they make all the mistakes on while learning. Surely there must be some adult that would not mind managing the place for a decent salary. If there were signs up you can't completely rely on those to communicate to people. Through proper training, motivating, and holding accountable you could count on your...
