Olive Garden Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Odessa

Let me start here, This was the worst Olive Garden I have ever ate at. We waited about 10 minutes, everything started out great, after we got our drinks it went down hill from there. We had to ask for straws 4 times. We ordered our child’s meal through the computer and our appetizer. We told the waitress that we did place an order through the computer, then she took our order for our meals. We got our salad and breadsticks, then about 15 minutes later we got our food, however we did not receive our child’s meal or appetizer until 10 minutes later. The manager was aware and removed the appetizer from the bill and told us to keep it. After eating we ordered a dessert through the computer, we waited nearly 30 minutes, during which we let our waitress know, she was going to check on it, then the manager came by and checked on us and we told her, we finally got it. So over all, the service was terrible! I was so annoyed at our waitress I just wanted my check to get out of there. Now the food.... Terrible doesn’t describe it. My food (stuffed chicken Marcela) was warm, cold in places and covered in mushrooms. I did ask for no mushrooms.. My husbands food (the tour of Italy) was cold, and nasty. The look on his face was pure disappointment while he tried to swallow. My son seemed okay with his pizza, but how can you ruin a premade pizza that you heat up in a microwave? Our appetizer was cold and warm in places. My husband also had a coffee drink that he said was the best thing out of our whole meal. I will be contacting the chain directly through their website and writing a formal complaint. I will just drive to midland for Olive Garden from...

I’ve been three times and they have the absolute WORST service ever. I went for a birthday dinner the first time and the lady took 30 minutes just to come to our table and get drinks. By that time we were ready to order so we did. Our food came out cold and the food came before our drinks did. Second time I went it was for date night and the waiter was so incredibly rude to us. He told us the breadsticks and salad was 20$ extra and we were shocked because Olive Garden has always had free salad and breadsticks. So we paid and didn’t fuss. He dropped my food on the table and said he would charge us for it again but when we saw the ticket he charged us twice and when we brought it up to him he said I ate the first plate and asked for the other one that spilled. I was furious. The last time I will EVER go to this Olive Garden in Odessa was two weeks ago. The lady charged us for food that NEVER came to us. It was the spinach dip and we never got it. The water there is disgusting. They use tap water. She got frustrated at us for telling her she never brought the spinach dip and told us it was on the house but we NEVER got it. We told one of the managers and she blew us off too. We never ordered food because our waitress never showed up. We only had drinks and we WERE going to get the spinach dip but she never brought it. I will never come back to his disgusting...

Used the app to get our party's name in and the wait was 30 minutes, not a bad wait time. Walked into the restaurant and got our buzzer at 7:22 pm and did not get seated until 9:05 pm. We did not leave the entrance and was sat right next to the host stand. We were not given any updates on our table and after asking how much longer we were told we were "kicked off" the list. Then we were questioned (more like accused) if we had left and if we even checked in even though we had not moved and made plenty of eye contact with the hostess. After finding out the situation a few of the staff came to see what was going on including a manager (middle aged lady) and couldn't figure out what happened and did not offer any solutions other than just throwing us on to a table. After being seated we had a decent meal with a good experience nothing to truly rave about but our server Gama was pretty good nothing crazy but he made our time there a little better even with just getting us the food we had been craving for the past 2 hours. All in all it was not a good experience. The host team needs to work on wait times, their greetings because a lot of people they greeted were greeted pretty badly, and situational awareness. I may be back at some point but not any time soon I can still go to Midland and get the same or even better service for less time than my wait was...
