Terrible!! Do not go here. We went here for my sons birthday party, on his birthday. They do not advertise this is a "2.5" park, which means it is only half of a park. There is only a couple trampolines, and a go kart race. When you walk in you cannot see that half the park isn't even set up. And then after you pay and go in and ask about the park being half closed the bigger lady with glasses laughs like your question is stupid and then paces back and forth in front of your table trying to intimidate you. The employees at each play area could care less about what your kids are doing. Not one employee informed my young son his glasses were not allowed in the areas, not even the ball pit employee. My son came crying that his glasses broke and he doesn't know where they are. I kindly asked employees what I could do to get that and they just said they're gone I can't get them. I let them know my son has neurological issues and we have to go to Lubbock for the neurologist and also see the ophthalmologist twice a year. They could care less that without my sons glasses he would be blind and be in extreme pain (cluster migraines). I asked to speak to a manager and when I spoke to one she said I could come back tonight for 150 dollars and look. I explained to her my sons condition. I had paid for the adults to go to the areas as well, I went into the ball pit and started looking for his glasses, they told me I couldn't do that. I asked to see their policy that I could not go into the ball pit like everyone else and feel on the ground as I went through- with my head up consistently moving through the aisle- they said there isn't one but I was not allowed. I followed the rules they said they had and still was being yelled at to get out. They called the cops on me for being in the ballpit, remind you I have a bracelet that allows me to and I have been practicing the safe rules and policies they have in place. The officers were on our side about everything and could not find anything I was doing wrong, while I was asking the employees of their policies I front of the officers that 150 fee to come back after they close to look for his glasses was now $1,500. They were setting me up to come back thinking I'd have to pay 150 and surprise me that it was actually $1,500. We asked if it was a liability to have broken glasses at the bottom of the ball pit and they said yes, but they weren't going to close the ball pit off for the safety of other children. We also asked infront of the officers if it was their liability or ours, they said it was theirs and did not care there was a hazard in the ballpit. I left to take my son to Altitude in Odessa and they were so nice to us. We had already placed an order for food at Urban air but went to Altitude instead and ate. I will never go back to this Urban Air, and probably never to the one in Midland again. I paid for 9 people to go to Urban Air for my sons birthday, ordered multiple food items, and was treated AWFUL. I understand and respect policies are in place to keep everyone safe but these employees could care less about the safety of kids. They were so rude to all of our children. Other people sitting around us could not believe they were allowing the ball pit to stay open and also left out of concern of their children. Save yourself the expense of an awwwwful park and go to Altitude. They lady pictured is the one laughing at us and trying to intimidate us at this location. This is about the 5th time pacing back and forth in front of our table giving us a smirk like she thought everything was funny that was happening to us. Yikes. I asked them to do better when I left and the officers nodded their head...
Read moreWe went to the grand opening day to buy a day pass and was told we could get the rest of the year free… Always read the fine print! Even after I called and they confirmed that if I bought the platinum pass, I would be able to use this for the rest of the year this wasn’t the case. They ended up giving out mixed information and it ended up being one basic pass per week that you could use, which didn’t include any of the fun things only a couple trampolines in the park unless I did a daily upgrade.
The location at Odessa has very dirty bathrooms without soap, my son walked in with two of the employees vaping and telling him not to tell anybody about it. The management and employees are very inconsistent.
Four of the carpet slides, my kids ended up, hurting their back and neck because they gave them such bad whiplash from landing to abruptly , so be careful!
Most of the time we went on days that wasn’t very busy and my kids were allowed to do all of the activities despite what our pass said, but then they started cracking down on some of the attractions like the ropes course and slides, etc. or sometimes they will let them Play on them and sometimes. It was very disheartening for my kids who have been able to do everything, but then were told sometimes they couldn’t…. (Management wasn’t helpful with this problem)
It would definitely be a fun place if they had stuck to the word of buying a platinum class and letting them use that throughout the year because my kids actually do have a lot of fun when they’re able to do all of the attractions. If you go for the day with all the attractions, it’s an upwards of $40 per child which is way too much!
When we had a birthday party, they were not ready at all. Didn’t even realize I was coming that day and were unprepared.
With just the trampolines it was very boring and they didn’t want to go!!!! But when the employees let them do most of the attractions they have a blast! (Ages 7-13)
Edit to management response: part of the problem is you didn’t know about my birthday party and you just proved your point!
I booked it on grand opening day, I had to call and confirm it, I even came in and ordered pizza and icees for the birthday. Still it was a shock to everyone we had a...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Took our family here 5 kids 3 adults for a bday for our nephews bday. After about 30 mins of being here we were told the anti slip socks we had and were let in with would not be acceptable and they had to be their brand. The employee stated she was a manager and that they would give us free socks. We went to the front desk and were met with attitude and anger from the one old lady with glasses on a power trip. After some back and fourth we ended up buying socks despite no posted sign that half the park was not running. Still full price and only half the park. I guess that couple of dollars for socks after paying high dollar was more important than their customer service. After buying the socks I see that my sister in law is being told by employees that my young nephew can’t go in and look for his glasses. Even though he was aloud to play in the ball pit for a long time he was not aloud to look for his glasses parts. We asked for a refund and they refused. My poor nephew ending up crying over his day that was saposed to be special for him. I took a picture of the employees that said he could not get his glasses. I was then met by an aggressive employee stating that I can not do that. They had no issue with me taking all the pictures in the world before that moment. Amongst all this, my son was on the go cart and got spun around facing the track wall. All this time as he’s trying to yell and get someone’s attention, with three go cart staff there just standing there oblivious to anyone on the track. they then called the police on us. There are broken glasses parts in the ball pit and they are keeping it open, but we were not allowed in the ball pit. This is the worst place I have ever experienced in my life. The employees are absolutely terrible.. save your money and go anywhere else I am including pictures of the police they called that sided with us and the worst...
