This Starbucks only gets 1 star because my drinks were made right. I visited this Starbucks last week still slow , very slow. But I understand it's in a busy location. Today I waited over 20 min for my order. I asked for half and half because it was not on the counter. She gave me some and I asked for more. She replied " Starbucks charges for cream. " Really ?!? Since when?! Last week ?...I simply told her that I've been to Starbucks all over the country and have NEVER been charged for extra half/half. Not only that if I'm paying $4 for a damn cup of coffee I should be able to have as much as I desire to make my perfect cup of coffee.. Now we did call the manager and ask about a charge for half/half..she said they do charge extra for drinks that already contain cream..however I ordered a coffee and a triple espresso. The manager did apologize and offered to make things right. However, we have no desire to waste another 20 min...I'll just go without my favorite coffee in the world until I get back to Houston..no big deal..plenty of other people willing to wait that long and have a rude barista talk down to them and laugh at you when you leave. I do plenty of Google reviews EVERYDAY. EVERYWHERE I Go.. Never know who you're selling a coffee to. 😉 Kudos to the manager for being a professional. We appreciate her trying to make thing right but we were on our 30 min lunch break and had to drive...

With the exception of the girl working the register who I might say asked other team members if she could do something to help none did so much as to even notice I was waiting over 23 mins for my coffee. She kept asking the other what was taking so long for my order.
While I had ordered two cups of coffee and a sandwich, each of which came out at completely separate times needless to say what was supposed to be a pleasant morning breakfast with my wife now ended up being us having to have our coffee separately was disappointing. I was so upset that I left my cup of iced coffee which by now was nothing but cold coffee flavored water and instead of them even offering to make a fresh cup I got “Sorry you have a good day”. Perhaps someone took your coffee. We have no control over that.
Wow, can you imagine blaming another customer rather than taking ownership and fixing an issue. Regardless, I will definitely not be returning to...

The drinks are decent but there isn’t a sense of urgency. The female assistant manager that worked dec. 5, 2020 around 3 pm. She needs to learn how to delegate tasks and be respected. A team member brought up an issue to her and she spoke over him and didn’t hear him out. She was blindly making decisions. And the gentleman I charge of pastores wasn’t there for the rush. They had to keep running to the back of house to have him come grab the pastries. Learn when your rush hours are, staff up your team, prep items in advance so you are not running out of things. And make sure your customers are taken care of before the checklist is done. Customers are what will keep your business running not having enough yogurt cups dated. Corporate needs to come down here and do some training and help the management team handle rushes better. They always seem understaffed and the customer service experience is also not the best. Just feels like another transaction rather than a human...
