I'm Am an elite member. I have four kids and work a job full-time so I do not hardly ever get to come in and play. My promotional free plays. But I do come in and spend thousands a month. So when I go up to the desk to ask for free play and repeatedly get told I need to spend more. It's very frustrating and upsetting. It's like you guys don't take into consideration the fact that not everyone can make it on the days that there's promotional, free play for them and that part of spending money at your establishment and entails work time, over the past 7 years or so I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at your establishment. Then when I have a month where I'm really busy and can't make it in much, you guys drop my free play basically to nothing. Then when I come back in and start spending thousands I'm told well you didn't come in that much last month. You need to spend more money. And I frequently visit all the casinos and also have a host downtown. But the difference between Miami valley and downtown is I don't get told that I got to spend more. It's like they're more understanding of people's circumstances. Also take in the fact that I am in college so between four kids work college a home, I don't always have time to make it in and take advantage of my promotional free plays. Joe, when I'm spending thousands and I come up to ask for just a little free play and get told what I've been getting told it's very frustrating and makes me not want to frequent your guys's establishment. So maybe moving forward there should be some kind of meeting and maybe taking to the effect of exactly what I'm saying that sometimes people can't make it in as much as they want. Make it in on promotional days but they do make it in and spend thousands. It's like it's not good enough. Not that I don't appreciate everything that you guys have done for me in the past red's tickets etc. And another thing I have a problem with is when I hit big jackpots I get penalized for it on my upcoming monthly free plays and stuff like that. That makes no sense. I shouldn't be penalized because I come in. Spend my own money. Hit a big jackpot Aunt that gets basically held against me. Not only that, but I'm very unhappy with my host. I don't get the response that I used to get hardly ever now to the fact that recently I had to ask her if she was still my host. There's a lot of things recently in the past couple months that I've noticed have been different. I don't know if policies have changed or what but I mean when I message or call my host several days in a row and I get no response at all. What's the point? Hopefully you'll take this and put some thought on it and maybe make some changes but don't get me wrong. I'm sure I'll still freak when your establishment, but it seems like going to hard Rock 's been a better overall experience. And the most frustrating part about this is it seems like you guys would want to accommodate me a little bit better considering the fact that I come in. I'll go up a thousand 2,000 $3,000 and I never cash out. I continuously put it back in the machines. You guys got the data so you know what I'm saying is true. So to still be treated the way that I feel I've been treated by your establishment. It's sometime unnerving that I...

Horrible security manager John, Tonight at 1:05am as I was leaving, I stopped an watched a friend playing machines located near the rear door. I was approached by a guy saying he was apart of security. He asked me what was I doing, I stated why? Whats going on? He said I needed to move on, I stated what are you talking about. He then says don't be Huvering over "my friend" as he was being paid hundreds of dollars. I told this security guy,, excuse me I know him and have stopped an spoke with him several times Tonight and I then had my friend tell him "I wasn't huvering over him and he knew me. I asked to speak with his supervisor, he stated he was the supervisor of security but shortly after another man came and asked me to move but when informed by my friend that I wasn't huvering over him, he immediately said ok an walked away. It was uncalled for and a bit embarrassing. I have had many people that I didn't even know watch me play an get paid and I haven't heard one person from security or floor ask anyone to move along! Was it my size and color? If possible I'd like to file a complaint against this security guard because Even after being told he was wrong, he continued to be rude and controversial!!!! Saying things like he's speaking for me "you wouldn't want people hovering over you" or watching you get paid out" "your putting him in a awkward situation" with no explanation and after being told he was wrong! There were many other things that made me feel as though the security guard thought I had bad intentions!! IT WAS JUST A HORRIBLE, RUDE UNSOLICITED, NEGATIVE ENCOUNTER!! The fact that there were many other employees there and didn't interject and didn't see my watching my friend play as huvering was also telling! I consider Miami valley gaming my favorite casino and I play at many casinos an haven't had any issues at miami Valley or any other casino is also telling. Had he asked before rudely saying I need to move along maybe he would have known better!!! This was horrible. Tonight I had seen an spoken with my friend several times while there. I've played along side of him prior and we've sat and talked many times while playing! I started to show the security guard his number in my phone but he doesn't deserve that much information. Please correct this security guards behavior as it can cause legal issues if not corrected. It was very discriminatory as I was the only black man and this security guard making assumptions about my presence while enjoying my friend an the social entertainment that miami valley states they provide to all! Id like those in upper management to review the camera footage, gather the facts and contact me as my name is attached.

This was totally rude and uncalled for! Please...

Nice facility. Been to the actual casinos in Cincinnati and Columbus. It's on par with them honestly. Just no table games since it's not a casino, but a racino. It's a lot nicer than Hollywood Gaming at Dayton raceway. Hollywood at Dayton has a pretty small gaming floor and only a handful of the more modern arcade style games everyone's going to. Miami Valley Gaming has about a 50/50 mix of older tabletop style games as well as newer arcade style games. They have most of the standards, Buffalo, Zeus/Neptune, Huff N Puff, Coin Trio, Cash Crop, etc... They don't appear to have any licenced games unfortunately, such as Wheel of Fortune or Monopoly. I get it, the casinos usually have to lease the licensed games and pay a percentage of the profits as a commission, but they would more than make that money up if they did that. That's really the only downside. I've probably got about 3,000 coin in over the past few months and always have Freeplay every time I go. I've probably got close to that much coin in over at Hollywood Dayton, and NEVER have any free play there. So MVG seems to be pretty fair with their comps. And I usually always have some sort of a 10 or 20 dollar off food/drinks comp waiting for me too. The food offerings are a little sparse. There's a "food court" area, but they have a somewhat limited menu. There's a sit down restaurant that we've never been to, but it looks nice. And there's a Taco place too that's not bad. There's self serve complimentary soft drinks. As well as 2 outdoor smoking/gaming areas. They are heated and cooled depending on the season. Have always been comfortable sitting out there playing. All in all, it's a nice facility. Take a couple hundred bucks with you and try your luck. We saw a guy hit 15,000 bucks on a 75 cent bet the other day. I couldn't believe it. Granted, that's probably not going to happen for you, but you...
