Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Monroe

Eight of us visited this location Saturday the 10th 2021. The food was fantastic!! The menu was confusing and frustrating having been to Penn Station for many years in Lebanon and to come in from out of town 10 years removed it was very difficult to order. The napkins were out, we asked a couple times for napkins, got a frustrating “we will take care of it as soon as possible” response. We ended up getting paper towels out of the restroom and the napkins were refilled at the end of our visit. The floor was dangerously slick and the tables close to the restrooms were dirty. The employees may have been new and getting use to the menu or the fast paced environment, they responded to us distressed and overwhelmed. Management responded fantastically to use rectifying two wrong orders, but in the end after our large family concluded our visit we were overall satisfied.

Such a terrible experience !!! Running a promotion for WhoDey 24 after a Bengals win buy one get one. Spent almost 45 minutes of the website crashing or buffering finally gave up. Then tried again finally got thru and went to checkout and said can not take online orders at this time. So I decided to take my email promotion to the store and the guy said my manager turned off the feature for web orders. So how is that fair to the customer ? Why do a promotion if you can't honor it ? Why turn the feature off I understand you we're probably getting slammed bit then why have that deal only to turn down a paying customer. Won't be going back. Such a scam of a promotion. Multiple locations did not answer the phone and having website issues. Mis leading to the customer thinking their getting...

Love penn station bur this location has issues. Went in today they made 2 of our 3 sandwiches. 35 minutes later and everyone in line behind us got their food and we were still waiting. They gave one of my sandwiches to someone else behind me meanwhile our first 2 are sitting on the counter getting cold. I tried to explain to the employee that we have been waiting for our Third order but he could not understand what I was trying to say. Then while making the food he didn't make it correctly I asked if the Italian came with onions and tomato he said no but the menu says they do. So finally we received our order.
