I had recently changed my address since I moved and I was given discounts or pointed towards storage Extra Space storage for 50% off monthly. When I choose to reserve a small 5x5 unit for today, I was contacted in less than an hour to complete the reservation and complete the paper signing all over the phone. Ashley was representative that reached out to me. She was really helpful and made the process easy. Thank you Ashley for contacting me while at the same time attending to in-store customers. Cell service wasn't the greatest at times but we got thru it some how lol.

I tried to obtain a storage unit here; I signed up thinking I was getting a great deal (not knowing any better) of $92/month, only to find out that I had to pay a "required" insurance fee (later found out can be declined) and an administrative fee, which is understandable if the intial move-in cost wasn't so high to begin with. Other storage places have $1 move in specials- The whole week of leaving me messages about move-in, they didn't mention insurance fees, or a way to bring down cost, until my father arrived there to cancel reservation. They then mentioned they have an online special $1 for the first month too, although the webpage did not express that. Competive pricing is everywhere so at that point I had already gone to another storage unit to save a significant amount of money; very unprofessional and a waste of time for both them...
