Green Lady Marijuana Eastside Olympia Dispensary — Attraction in Olympia

I was meet at the door by this lady who looked 13, she wanted to see my ID before letting me in the store. I opened my wallet and showed her my drivers license which she spent a very long time examining it! Now let me set the stage...I am 60 and look every bit of 60, there is absolutely no way any one with half a brain would think I was under age!! Then after spending what felt like forever holding my wallet in front of this teenager she tells me I have to wait in this line that is now forming at the front door. I ask her why, she tells me that they only allow one person per bud tender in their showroom. I thought that is the most stupidest thing I have ever heard. So I waited, in about 5 minutes I am allowed to enter the showroom where I was greeted by another very young lady who really had no clue what she was talking about, then I noticed the prices!!! Holy cow this place is over priced!! I left and went down the road to their competitor where like all the others stores I've been in they did not card me and they let me right in with all the other customers. I was able to talk with other customers to see what they recommended along with the bud tenders recommendations. I also found the prices to be more in line with the rest of the market. I don't know why the Green Lady wants to run their store in a non-friendly, non-welcoming way but that's their gig so I recommend you head down the road to any one of the other stores where you will be treated like a customer and not like...

What fantastic customer service! I have very little knowledge about all of the different ways to do weed. With all of the variety; wax, edibles, Sativa, CBD etc, I was overwhelmed and lost. The budtenders took the time to answer any questions I had and educated me on things that I didn't have a clue to even ask about. They never lost their patience, were never condescending and made me feel comfortable. Having read some of the reviews on Green Lady, I wanted to be sure that the information I was getting was accurate. So, I went to several other shops and asked them questions to compare. Every budtender answered the same as my Green Lady budtenders, except one that his answers conflicted with everyone else. With the knowledge that the Green Lady budtenders are marijuana educated, the excellent customer service, the comfortable atmosphere, the glass shop and even the greeter at the door, I have no reason to shop anywhere else. I compared prices and they are competitive there also. If their prices were a little higher than other shops, I would still go there. This is due to the fact that I value customer service in my choices for shopping for anything. Every single time I come here, I get nothing but great, quick service from the door guy, and from the bud tenders. It was the first recreational place I came to when I first moved to this city, and I'm still coming back almost 6 months later. They opened up a second shop next-door to theirs and it's bigger. You can now buy glass pieces and apparel. Don't listen to some of these other reviews, the place is nothing but clean, modern, and in a decent area(it's literally right across from the co-op. ) It does not feel like a crack house. (A few questions; what are you doing in a crack house by the way? How do you know what that's like? Am I the only one who's feeling that this may be a competitor making these claims???) even when there's a line out of the door, you're usually in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone's friendly, the bud tenders do you know what they're talking about, and I would assume that just like any other business teaches their associates to, if they don't know the answer then they'll find someone who does. It's a great place. I enjoy it, and I go about every week or so. Do yourself a favor, and stop by. The parking lot can get very full, and just be careful because people are coming out from all sides.
