The service here is friendly enough, the location is super convenient for me, but I have a real problem with the way they prepare their tacos... No don't get me wrong, I grew up eating tacos. Street tacos, white people tacos, you name it. I think these guys are trying to make street tacos, but they use full size corn tortillas, and then put the amount of meat in them for a small mini taco. So you end up with a big giant mouthful of masa, and a little bit of meat for flavor. What I'm used to is the meat covering the tortilla. I understand that's a lot of meat for these giant tortillas, that's why we use the little tortillas for street tacos. The ratio is completely off on these tacos. Also, when they pack up your tacos, they put them on a plate. This means they all get steamed together with the lime carrots and radish. Lime carrots and radish should be on the side and a little bag so they don't heat up. prices are better than other trucks in the area. They also don't cook the tortillas enough. Meaning when you get home they'll be steamed soft and soggy, with zero texture. They also don't get the toasty flavor from when you grill them till they have a little bit of bite to them. Still, this is one of the better places for tacos in Olympia. It's really sad the lack of choices we have in this city.

Sadly I can't give the food a good review of this truck. I ordered a regular asada burrito and sadly it wasn't good whatsoever. First of all the asada was practically flavorless and had zero char on it. The beans and rice were also flavorless and mushy. Burrito fell apart even when holding very well from the bottom. Also the avacado salsa is very watery and I had minimal cilantro and onions in my burrito. The burrito just also wasn't hot like at all, more on the warm side. The burrito isn't expensive (11$) but I think I'll have to go back to my other truck and pay a bit more for better quality. But I will say the people that work here are extremely friendly and actually engage in conversation which is really nice honestly. I sadly just can't review the food well. Pic is after 2 bites.

I love Tacos2Hermanos so much! They are our go to taco truck in the Lacey/Olympia area. Their quesabirria is AMAZING and their burritos are always super fresh! We’ve loved everything we’ve tried here. All other taco trucks seem to drown their food in grease but this one does it right! Only thing is I wish they weren’t only open during weekdays but I do appreciate that they give their employees the weekends!

The hot sauce is the BEST!

This family run truck has a lot of awesome tasty food, I drive past several other taco trucks to get to this one! I always enjoy excellent service and they quickly make consistent fresh quality food. The food is way less oily than any other place around (thank you!).

Giant generous burritos, we have tried them all and they all rock. My son says the chicken supreme is the best chicken burrito he's ever had (he has tried a lot). All of their food is authentic tasting and full of flavor. Hot sauces are both great, the red is spicy with a nice touch of heat and has a full rich flavor, its truly top notch and has few equals. The green is also an awesome flavor just with less heat. Everything we have tried has been excellent. Definitely try the Barbacoa!

Every week we look forward to our Friday night tradition of grabbing everyone something from here, we can unwind together and eat an awesome fresh local family made meal. No cooking, no clean up, and we are all full and satisfied without breaking the bank. This is definitely feel-good food. So grateful to have discovered Tacos2hermanos! Best Mexican...
