Sad to say i have loved taco Time since I was a kid. This location has gone down hill big time. They have young kids running the place. I just received a kidney transplant and am at high risk for food born illness. I rarely eat out because of this. I had a craving for taco time I ordered for me and my wife . I asked for my items to be cooked extra. I ordered a Fiesta platter with my favorite chickencrisp. I received and and broke it in half and it was still icy cold in the middle. I went to tell the cashier Katelin that I need it remade please. She then called the cook over "Ashley " who sad "I don't know what to do" I said remake it I haven't even took a bite yet. She then rolled her eyes let out a huge sigh and walked away. I watched her tossing my food around and giving me mean looks while sitting in my booth waiting. Both were extremely rude about it. For the $27 I spent on two meals and lack of care and food safety I'll never return here again. I'm saddened by my experience and hope someone contacts me about this.i still have my receipt aswell. This could of been a huge issue ifi was to get sick. I wasn't asking for much just my food to be cooked...

WOW! What a difference! My burrito almost doubled in size, no wad of dough first bite (the dog is not so happy about that).

TACO TIME FOREVER!!

I love Taco Time! But, I have to say I'm very disappointed in this location. The location is currently being remodeled extensively which I don't mind but I believe their food is suffering for it. Soft Taco's are $13 but the tortilla is so big that it's mostly tortilla. The last one I got was smaller around than a fifty cent piece! No meat, no lettuce, very dry. I know things are expensive, but their food is no deal, quality is spotty, they constantly forget napkins, sauces, etc. Do better please, I know business is tough but YOU built your business on quality not quantity.
