UPDATE: It’s been almost 2 weeks since contact with customer support. I was told we’d get courtesy movie tickets to try their theater again. That it’d be sent out in that upcoming weeks batch of mail (January 22nd-26th). We are a week tomorrow with still nothing in the mail from them. I have a very discerning feeling that this location just doesn’t care to correct with how we were treated to begin with. I messaged the customer support representative that reached out to me that I’d just prefer a refund at this point as we won’t be returning to this location. There’s a reason this location was dead on a Friday night. There’s no care from the employees and the experience is more than just fancy equipment. Respect and manners go a LONG way. A little disappointed especially driving all the way out to this theater and it being our first time. We got into the movie about 15 minutes early and noticed one of the luxury chairs that are up front (theater 9 with 6 seats; Seat 3) was not working. My fiancĂ© went to go notify someone who told him “you can just move seats”. He kindly declined as we had 4 of the 6 seats and wanted to not have a gap between our kids and us as to not interrupt anybody else coming into the theater as our kids like to come snuggle and then go back to their seats. They told him they’d have someone get to it as soon as possible. The whole movie, nobody came
The movies started at 8 and at 9:11 there was a pretty big glitch in the movie which was a little agitating as it ruins the movie experience. It was dead. There was no reason someone couldn’t have came to look at it. Just didn’t care
Not very professional at all for a movie goers first experience. Appearance is better than Marcus Theaters but Marcus theaters actually takes care of you. Hopefully this place gets the hint for their competition with other movie theaters. SN: A picture of my fiancĂ© trying to fix the chair while the movie was going 😒😒😒.

First time but not last. Watched The Wild Robot ----SUPER GREAT!!! There's a bar (bartender didnt do so well but thats fine im a bartender myself so whatever, he was on his phone and didnt seem very engaging nor did he ask for my rewards but like i said, whatever we move on) also they have concession and snacks, free refill on popcorn & cheaper tickets on Tues if you join rewards. Grand screens are huuugeee, reserved seating, which I like. Seats are nice leather, super comfortable, recline, heated, and middle pops up for extra snuggling room. They have a 4max room that chairs move and splashes, but we didn't try it. I'm a recline & chill gal. They also have a play room one for before/after movie. Tyrone, the gentleman that was clearing the theater out after close on Tues Oct/8 was super nice, even though it was late he still was very enthusiastic about future plans of building an arcade and bowling alley to add to the fun and he explained the different screens/seats! I hope bowling alley and arcade helps bring more people back to theaters. We are from another state, and our local B+B has those, but if we ever come back to Omaha, we will be visiting this location again. 😀

It honestly just doesn’t get better than a movie theater with an entire indoor playground inside! Last night was our second trip to B&B Theaters, and despite the trips being 18mos apart, everything looked as new and sparkly clean as it did on our first visit! Nice, large lobby area with quite a few lines open for concessions. Last night, there was a coloring station set up in honor of this week’s hot new release. My kids thought that was super cool! We arrived 30min early so that the kids could play before our showing, and they took full advantage of those 30min. For anyone wondering, the play area goes PITCH black during the showing and all kids are urged back to their seats through the cute little characters on the big screen. Comfy seats (even with seat warmers!). I had to had to switch seats with my kiddo because he neeeeeeeeded a reclining seat and his wasn’t reclining for someone reason. But no complaints. Lights came up after the credits rolled, the kids played a little more, and we were outta there. Definitely one of those places that I leave wondering why I don’t come more often! Great asset to Omaha! Really stands apart from other cinemas.

We saw Jurassic Park in 4D last night, and while the movie itself was great, the overall theater experience was incredibly disappointing. For nearly $20 a ticket, you’d expect a well-kept and professional environment—but that was far from the case.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, it was clear the property is poorly maintained. The landscaping was severely overgrown and full of weeds. Outside the building, only one of the bollard lights worked, and one had been knocked over with exposed wires—a safety hazard that, according to other reviews, has been left unaddressed. The photo is extremely blurry, that’s my mistake but wanted to include it for reference.

Approaching the entrance, every door had arrows directing guests to the south end to buy tickets, but there were no instructions for those who had already purchased tickets online. We followed the signs to the ticket area, which was essentially a walled outdoor space in a poorly kept area. It was dirty and unwelcoming, with a sign instructing guests to go inside to the concession counter to purchase or scan tickets.

Once inside, the lobby was surprisingly clean and modern compared to the exterior, but no one asked to check our tickets—nor did we see anyone doing so for other guests. It seemed like you could easily walk into any theater without a ticket. This was confirmed once we approached the concession stand and bought popcorn. At no point did anyone ask about tickets.

Before the movie started, we used the bathroom near the lobby, which was in terrible condition. Half the lights were out, the floor was wet, toilets were visibly discolored and the overall cleanliness was disturbing. One of the hand dryers even had visible mold or slime inside (see attached photo).

When we got to our theater, we couldn’t find any seat numbers—ours or anyone else’s—so we had to guess. Others around us said they had the same issue. The cupholders were sticky, as if no one had cleaned the seats between showings.

Although our seats functioned, others have noted broken seats. There’s points during the movie when water sprays directly at your face. After seeing the general lack of cleanliness throughout the theater, this honestly had me worried about getting an eye infection.

Later, I went to use the bathroom closer to our theater. The sinks were marked “out of order,” and every open stall was full of unflushed urine. The closed ones were locked, and the toilet I attempted to use wouldn’t flush either. I ended up walking all the way back to the other side of the building to the original dirty lobby bathroom.

On top of that, the popcorn butter smelled rancid, and the windows at the front of the building looked like they were cleaned by a toddler—streaky and filthy. The drinking fountains in the hall had noticeable pink stains on the floor under them or trash cans catching dripping water.

Lastly, it’s disappointing that the company only seems to respond to positive reviews. That lack of accountability says a lot and is worth considering...

We went to B&B theater in Omaha today. Bought tickets online. No problem. Guy at ticket counter was very friendly and welcoming. And that is the only positive this place has. We ordered a hotdog and mini corn dogs. Waited at the counter thinking it would only take 5 minutes or so, as the place was a ghost town. We waited 15 minutes and finally inquired about our food. We were told they were in the process of making. Wait another 5 minutes and a manager appears, so we ask him what’s going on, as the girl that initially took our order was behind the machine eating. The other employee was a young male that appeared to not care. Extremely rude. Replies it only 50 more seconds. We were told that our buzzer would reach us in the theater. Who really wants to go to sit and then have to get back up and go back to the concession stand?!? We finally got our food. And no worries, the movie that was supposed to start at 1:10
.well we were ok. Because when we walked into the room at 1:17, we were greeted by a blank screen and cold corn dogs. How does that even happen?!?!? No previews, screen just dead! We asked the couple behind us if the screen had been lit up at all and they replied no. Finally a kind woman went to inquire at 1:25 to see what was going on and said the staff was shocked it hadn’t started. We finally got up at 1:33 and went to inquire about a refund. At the concession where this whole terrible experience started. The kid behind the counter was getting Chik-fila delivered via door dash but was quick to help this time. We will never patronize this theater again, which is unfortunate because it is very close to home. I understand being short staffed, but managements lack of response to the food said it all. The employees here do not care. We are patiently waiting for a refund for the tickets. Which we did receive. The manager did offer to refund us for the food, but we were just done. Corporate needs to do something...
