Disappointing customer service!! My boyfriend LOVES this place and I had never been. Yesterday we were around oakview and stopped for lunch. The line was long but expected as they just reopened. AFTER ordering our food and receiving my drink the cashier told us our total. My boyfriend took out his card and the cashier told us their card system was down and it was cash only. He pointed toward the ATM in the food court. I politely told him he should tell customers it's cash only before taking their order and giving them items, I had already drank some of my soda and we didn't want to pay $3.50 ATM fee to pull out money for our already $20 food. I ordered the special (chicken teriyaki) and made it a meal which the sign states comes with an egg roll and drink. I took one bite of the "egg roll" and realized it was a spring roll. I'm not a fan of spring rolls so my boyfriend took my bitten spring roll up and asked the cashier for an egg roll. The cashier threw a FIT telling him a spring roll and egg roll are the same thing and motioning for my boyfriend to give him the spring roll to then scuff "you ate spring roll" like yes that's how I found out it wasn't an egg roll????? Customer service is HUGE regardless of how great the food is and I will happily take my hard earned money anywhere else that values their customers!! One bad employee can really set a tone...

They overcharged a customer in front of me by about $10. They charged him for 2 vegetable sides instead of 2 vegetable spring rolls. They wanted him to just take the extra food and not refund him and made a big deal about not refunding him. Horrible customer service!! The customer was so sweet and said to never mind and didn’t get his refund. I stood up for him and told the restaurant it wasn’t ok and they needed to refund him and make it right before I left. They did not and they kept the money. So sad they chose to not do the right thing. No integrity or honesty. This will be my last time even though I’ve enjoyed their food...

If I could rate this negative stars I would. Absolutely appalling service.Cashier was on the phone and stared at me for several minutes when she finally hung up she very rudely said they were only selling chicken.. okay that's what I wanted.. after already ripping up my punch card she snipped saying they didn't have any rice without vegetables. I asked if they had any sauce left she replied "does it look like we do?". She also refused to sell one of the several egg rolls still left. To top it all off she still charged us for the free meal we were supposed to receive with our punch card AND we were charged extra for rice on top...
