Immaculate Conception Church is a vibrant Parish in the Omaha archdiocese that offers the Traditional Latin Mass and is run by the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP). All sacraments are offered in the Traditional Rite, and confession is available 1/2 hour before mass. During high mass, one priest remains in the confessional until right before communion. There are several active groups: boys (Knights of the Altar), girls (Girls sodality), Men (Holy Name Society), Altar Society for Ladies, the best youth group in the universe (high school ages), and young Adults group for those over 19 years of age. The parish has a very active community that is continuously growing. There is a fabulous little book store at the entrance to the gym. You can join parishioners in the gym after every Sunday High Mass, and partake in coffee and donuts. Parking may be an issue at times, but you can park by the gym, next door at Stoysich on Sundays, or at the Family Fare supermarket 1.5 blocks to the south...

If you don't know Latin then that's ok because the Priest isn't talking to you at the Mass--he's talking to God! There are missals in the back (or you can get your own as well) that have the Latin and English side-by-side. It really helps if you just want to know what's going on and...

Confessions are offered often which we really appreciate. I’ll be honest it was a little hard to follow the first few times but once I started learning more about the Latin Mass and the beauty behind it everything clicked. I love that we kneel to receive and that this parish holds on to traditions that have carried the faith for so long. People here come from all different walks of life all searching for the truth and it’s been a gift for my family and I to be...
