Regency Landing — Attraction in Omaha

Went in last weekend for breakfast with my family, was put on the wait list by the hostess and told we could wait in the car and quoted 30 minutes. Place was insanely packed so we were okay with a wait for some great food- 50 minutes later I call to find out why we haven’t been reached out to and a rude staff member tells me over the phone that I input my number incorrectly when reserving a table. I was upset and I’m sure my voice jumped an octave when telling her I didn’t put myself on the list, she immediately gets defensive and tells me to stop yelling at her. Terrible experience- but what is worse is that I called to leave a voicemail for management because I was really upset and received 0 communication back from them. Our server, Ali was great! The food was delicious and quick. The only issue we had was with the hostess. We come in pretty often and have seen her nearly every time, usually really nice. It just seems as though the "no highchair on the end of the table policy" is decided on per guest? We had a placed a highchair on the end of the table since we needed somewhere to put our son's carseat. We were quickly met with "you can't do that because the end of a table is a walkway." Was there this past weekend for a ladies brunch. It was NOT crazy busy and we watched tables that were seated way later than us, get their food before us. We waited 45-50 minutes for our food and when it was brought to the table, half of it was missing and we had to tell them what they forgot. Food was okay.
