Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Omaha

I love this Runza location. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. We got our kids meal ice cream to go and the bag they put the ice cream in was stuffed with napkins and spoons. It's always nice to have all the supplies right in the bag! The only critique I have is that at all Runzas, I wish they would do a better job asking about the choices with the kids meals. Every time we go to one, they ask what kind of drink we want, but never what kind of side even though there are 3 choices. If I am feeling assertive enough to ask for something besides fries, it's clearly an inconvenience to the order taker....who know why; maybe the way the register is set up or something....but I've noticed they almost have to start over. I would like to be asked what kind of side we want just like they ask about drinks.

Also, this particular location doesn't appear to have very many accessible parking spots. We used one and as I was leaving I noticed someone with an accessible pass who was in a regular spot. Hopefully they were able to pull into the spot when I left as they were still...

Seems that the prices will continue to increase while the standard for quality spirals.

For context: I've eaten here on average 3 days a week for months now, I order the same thing almost every time (burger and frings), they know me by name, and yet still refuse to take any pride in their work.

Today my order was put together for dine-in. I have never ordered dine-in at this runza. After discovering the mistake, they thew my food into a bag completely disregarding the fact that each item is supposed to be self-contained. For example: I shouldn't have to dig fries and onion rings out from nooks and crannies in a (now oil soaked) paper bag, because they have their own little bag they call home.

Furthermore: the fries and rings are room-temp at best, soggy, and well past due to be thrown to waste. Terribly inconsistent when it comes to food and service.

A handful of the staff is more than fantastic and deserves the world and a half. Most of the staff, however, doesn't look happy to be alive, let alone...

I recently just went to this location around 2:00 PM today thought I would go check out this new location for Runza since I was in the area. I ordered a regular chocolate shake. The two young girls who were working the drive-through were laughing at the fact they were handing me a small size. And they told me this was biggest size they had. Hmm, interesting I thought... I know Runza is a franchise company. So, there are two things that could be true, either this franchise location is making their menu (which would be totally ridiculous and unethical) or I was treated very poor in respect to customer service. So, next time I'm in the area at Trader Joe's, I'll drive pass this location choose not to go to this...
