My bestie and I came in for dinner last night. She has been talking about this place for awhile now. The hype that was created served this place well. Overall we will be returning to enjoy more of their delicious menu options and smoothies. We also saw they had menu plan options available as well. The store was very clean despite being completely empty.
I got a Turkey Burnt End Cuban Flatbread with sweet potato fries. Overall this was about an 8/10 for me. Somethings were right about this flatbread that worked for me and I really liked, such as the sauce and being shocked the turkey tasted really good. The turkey was cooked a little longer than necessary because some parts tasted burnt while others were totally fine. I received only a couple of sweet potato fries with my order so a larger portion would have been nice. Did it taste like a Cuban, no, was it delicious and satisfying yes. The smoothie I ordered with this meal was the Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie! This deliciously satisfying smoothie will definitely make it into my rotation of tasty smoothies this summer. Their syrups are a blend of stevia and fruit. It was creamy, smooth and not chalky from the vanilla whey protein they add, with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall I would definitely order both of these again.
My bestie ordered a blackened salmon wrap and a chocolate covered strawberry smoothie. She said it was tasty but a little let down. Had to pull out some sauce from home. The cucumbers were sliced way too thick and the watery-ness of them took away some from the salmon. The salmon also got lost throughout most of the wrap but at the end there was a bunch and those bites were great. Smoothie started out delicious but they are definitely meant to be drank fast. Was a bit bummed they used syrup but they at least are made with fruit and stevia. Once it began to melt though she ran into plenty of ice chunks. Her smoothie was not pictured.
A little disappointed in the app/rewards coupon. The $3 reward does not clearly state it has to be on prepaid meals. You have to go through a couple steps to figure out...
Read moreJust left here very disappointed. Searched for healthy food near me and it came up. I'm a vegetarian and was excited because they seemed to have good options. I was told could sub out meat for a black bean burger. I got sweet potato fries for a side. I got my food to go, so didn't have a chance to tell anyone. The food was slightly lower than "meh". The veggie burger was dry, the bun was probably made with a bunch of preservatives and the veggies were unflavorful. Neither ketchup nor mustard was available. The sweet potato fries we way over cooked and hard, like stab you in the roof of your mouth hard. I thought the long wait was bc it takes time to make good food, but as it turned out someone was either not paying attention or idk what, but the food was gross. I wouldn't ever think of "Clean Eats" as clean food at all. Seemed like it was just another place to market that fake meat crap, which even as a vegetarian I refuse to eat. The smoothie was okay, but nothing to write home about. Needless to say, I will not be going there again. I paid $18 for a smoothie, a veggie burger and...
Read moreJust had Clean Eatz for the second time, and it was every bit as good as I remembered! I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with a side of veggies, and every bite was absolutely delicious. The staff member at the restaurant was incredibly sweet and greeted me with a warm smile the moment I walked in.
My husband and I are embracing a healthier lifestyle, and it's such a relief to find a place like Clean Eatz where we can enjoy meals that aren't deep-friend in seed oils. The food tastes wholesome without sacrificing flavor!
I'm excited to try one of their grab-and-go meals next, especially since I work just two miles from the store. Clean Eatz is such a great asset to the community for those who want convenient, healthy options without compromising on quality.
Unfortunately, I didn't grab a photo, as the meal was too good to stop...
