My friends and I do a monthly happy hour and rotate where we go to try new things. We went here on a Monday after work. When we got there we were the only ppl. We sat there for 10 minutes without someone saying a word, but about 6 ppl just milling around or sitting at the bar, but they were employees. We finally got up to ask how we get food and drinks to find out there is no table service. Theres a window where you order food, and separately you have to goto the bar for drinks. If we had known we would never have gone here. That means someone has to get up everytime they want a drink and with 4 of us that's so disruptive to the conversation. But since we were there we were stuck. I ordered a monitor, and the group ordered chicken nachos, and a small barbecue chicken pizza. The mojito is the worst one I have ever had in my life. The mint was not muddled at all, just stuck in the glass. And it tasted nothing like a mojito. The nachos tasted nothing like nachos. It barely had toppings and the chicken was these little tiny diced pieces. And the only salsa we got was this tiny little side that held like 2 tablespoons. The pizza was better than the nachos, but nothing to get excited about. The tables in the patio area are these really small metal benches. Really uncomfortable if you are there to hang out like we were. We picked this spot because it was a nice day and they had a patio. Which is more like an atrium. It's enclosed in glass with a couple of doors they can open. And the pickleballs kept coming at us from ppl trying to play while we were sitting there. I think if you play pickleball this place might be fine, but it's not a place to just hang out. Theres no table service eventhough there's plenty of employees just standing around or sitting at the bar. Nobody even checked on us when we had been sitting for 10 minutes and we were the only ppl there. The mojito was awful and the food not great. This will not be a place we go back to.

So the most important part is the food and both places are great just like their other locations. Definitely will do takeout in the future as we live close. I feel like 3 stars would be too harsh since the food was great but the whole dine in atmosphere was less than desirable. It feels really thrown together. It would be fine if prices reflected but when you get a mama Mia margarita signature drink and it costs $11 you’d expect A little more than a short cocktail glass and three premixed plastic bottles thrown together. One with the date 6 days old, so ingredients are sitting out for a while and are not fresh. Also I feel like if you want to charge higher prices things should reflect it. We ordered a soda and received a plastic cup that obviously was being reused as it came from a stack where the insides were still wet. Last plates just didn’t look clean. Water spots and previous food that you could scrape off with your fingernails. 🤢

Blue Sky Patio & Pickleball is a great place for a team outing. Our team spent a few hours playing Pickleball for our 2022 holiday gathering. The venue has two pickleball courts, a full bar, and a several food options. There is also a large patio area with plenty of seating. The pickleball courts are well-maintained, however, it was a little bit wet on the courts that day because the courts were not sealed up well during the rain. The full bar has a wide selection of beers and cocktails. The atmosphere at Blue Sky Patio & Pickleball is relaxed and friendly. It's a great place to get some exercise, have some fun, and have a corporate outing.

This is actually for the wonderbowl. Horrible experience last night. Party of 6. We got there 30 min early. We ordered some drinks. We saw that there were 4-5 lanes out of around 7 open. So we asked the waitress(who was really nice) if we could maybe start early on our lane. She politely says she will ask. Then walks over to the “manager”. He seemed very upset already. Then proceeds to walk over to us and rudely “I can’t have you start early because I have a job to do and keep the schedules running on time”. Wow. Ok. So I joked it off because we were celebrating my sisters birthday. Then our reservation ($66 reservation mind you) selected us for lane 1. So we walked over to lane 1. Lane twos lights switch on and the time starts ticking. We finally figured out when he yelled across the bar that it was our lane because lane 1 wasn’t working. We only have a hour. So we started playing and lane two was taking 30 seconds each round to reset the pins. That doesn’t seem like a lot but with 6 people and only an hour, It takes up a lot of time after each ball is bowled. Lane 3 was taking 8 seconds. So, our friend who politely asked the “manager” to please check the lane. He then threw the door open and was extremely rude. She told him to loose the attitude and help. He then kicked us all out and threatened to call the cops. Over his horrible behavior. Everyone else we didn’t know that we were all talking with was shocked and it was embarrassing to be treated like this. The bar employees next door at blue sky was very nice and even said “this isn’t the first time he has gotten all excited and angry”. I’ll go back to the venue at black stone, but this venue is horrible. Machines didn’t work right, ac was not working well, and apparently employees like him can do whatever they want because there are no checks and balances for how they treat customers. I’ll change this post after I talk to the owners or TRUE MANAGERS at blue sky. Don’t waste your money here at this wonderbowl. UPDATE. TALKED TO PHILLIP THIS MORNING (super nice) He offered me a refund and to speak to the owner. We will see if the refund happens but so far the customer service was better. Update. I did get the refund. We will try it...

I booked a court for 2 hours a week in advance. We got there an hour early to eat, and there was a private party on half the patio, so we sat in the other half. We were directed to order our food at a self service monitor and then we had to go pick up our food once it was done. We had servers, but I'm not sure what the purpose really was, they would occasionally stop by and ask if we needed anything but we were mostly directed to the bar for service. Once our time came up for the court the private party had a game still going so we were told we could play on the other court that turned out had already been booked so we were stuck waiting for our court to open up. We waited about 15 minutes over our scheduled time. At some point our leftovers were cleaned off our table and trashed while we were playing on the court. We were then told it was last call at 10:40, when I am pretty sure the time online says they are open until 12. When I questioned this I was told they were closing up early. We were booked until 11 pm and felt very rushed to leave. One of the bartenders was particularly rude and unwelcoming. I've worked in the service industry and was ready to tip well for what service we did receive but when I asked to close out our tab the bartender acted short with us barely saying a word if anything, laid the ticket on the bar and walked off. Maybe it was an off night, but I don't forsee testing the waters again, we were overall turned off by...
