Terrible layout looks like a junk factory. The buy at very low prices or not at all. Had a JL Sub, amp and an Alpine amp just asked 300 bucks for it which even online used it is all worth well over a grand and they did not even want to look at it. WHY?? because they dont know how to merchandise and they jack prices up 100 percent. Most pawn shops that are successful have clean stores and knowledgeable people not idiots that can not get a job anywhere else. I actually wanted to also buy but like I said I am better off buying the products new from Walmart, Best Buy or NFM. Just like everything in this town they stink. This store is in an area where they want to rip off the Hispanic population because they may not understand or have credit to buy elsewhere. My fiancé and I went in on March 20th about 20 minutes before the store was closing. We were welcomed in and helped as soon as we walked in. We had a bit of mixed up gold chains and various other jewelry. Even though it was almost time to close the store Dylan and Ashley took their time and handled us extremely nice and put my fiancé at ease about the whole process. We walked out very happy and satisfied even though we had kept Dylan and Ashley past closing time, they went out of their way and we walked out with $500.00 more than we thought we would. No one there seems to know what they are doing. I pawned my wedding ring due to an emergency on a Wednesday, and staited very clearly that I would be back on Friday to pick it up. When I arrived on Friday they charged me more to pick it up than they originally told me then AFTER taking my payment they said everything pawned had To be held for 48 hours. They supposedly refunded my payment claiming something about they cannot accept credit versus debit but it's not back in my bank account, so I cannot get my ring back.
