This is a nice little dog park. There are separate areas for small and large dogs. They are closed on Friday mornings for maintenance. There are a couple of benches and a picnic table to sit at in the small dog area. There are also agility training structures in both dog areas. The people were friendly and their dogs were well behaved on the small dog side. Someone brought a dog on the large dog side (shares a fence with the small dog side) that seemed to want to pick a fight. The owner did put it back on its leash after he and another dog owner had to pull their dogs apart from an aggressive encounter (not a full blown fight). Parking was easy. Overall good dog park to bring a dog for some socialization. Nice to chat with other dog owners too.

The big dog park enclosure is Huskie nation! It has nice lush grass and a watering station for when your pup gets thirsty. If you want your dog to play with other dogs its size, go here. By play, I mean rough play. (It’s their natural instinct and they love it) If you want your dog to make doggie friends go here. All the owners I have met here are true dog lovers. They have all been super respectful, friendly and they check their dogs when they act up. They have one enclosure for small dogs and one enclosure for big dogs. If you want your dog to be segregated and sit around and sniff grass go somewhere else.

Nice updated park. Has all kinds of obstacles courses. Nice people and dogs. People are respectful towards other dogs and if some get too crazy they will leave right away. However there is a major flooding happening near the water fountain that makes a big muddy mess. I have a white Siberian husky and every time he goes to drink water he ends up muddy! That’s the one thing I hate the most. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. I did contact the city and I was told they would send someone out.

I recently found this park & have been now going to it for the past 2-3 months after living in Ontario for 4 years already. Lol I really like the environment of this park. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I wish it were more bigger for both the small & large dog sides. Big dogs & small dogs have their own section. It’s divided & has a gate in between so that way if you want to go to the other side. I go to the large dog side because I have a German Shepherd mix, so when entering there’s a gate where you enter & it’s closed off so that no dogs from the park get out & then I let my dogs leash go & wait to open the second door to get into the actual park with all the large dogs. They do already provide dog poop bags to pickup after your dog & trashcans. There are a few sitting spots & equipment there for your dog...

I really like this park. I’ve been twice and once we had the park to ourselves and today there were three dogs there when we arrived. My pup is a 9 month old Doberman and it was his first time at a dog park with dogs and mingling with dogs off leash. I asked a dog mom there with her pit bull how it worked and she explained and told me the genders of all of the dogs there along with assuring me her dog was not aggressive as I also had my 8 year old son with me.

The dogs were so sweet and the owners were really nice. There were a few piles of poop but for the most part it was clean. The water fountain does create mud so that kinda sucks when the dogs get in it. Luckily my dog did not get messy but other dogs did.

Overall, lovely park and I’m looking forward...
