First time visiting this specific location as a postmates driver and went through the drive thru (as I usually do when handling fast food orders) to collect my customers order and the person on the mic rudely said “next time come inside” there is other professional ways to ask/instruct a customer to come inside and collect the order so I apologized for the inconvenience. Besides the point, when I pulled up to the window (I apologized AGAIN) the “MANAGER/SUPERVISOR” rolled her eyes at me and sent another employee to instruct me to go inside but he lied and said “the order wasn’t ready” as I walk in the order was already ready and sitting on the counter (sealed) they just didn’t want to hand me the order through the window. This is a major inconvenience to delivery drivers as we are on a time limit. I was forced to waste time waiting in the drive thru just to be told to go inside. Not to mention it’s unsanitary due to COVID-19. This location has terrible customer service, the manager/supervisor was rude herself. Read moreHad a veggie burger here. It was tasteless and was the consistancy of oatmeal. They replaced it free of charge for a chicken sandwich, bun was tasty, chicken was ok, but oh my goodness there is so much soupy greenery added. The liquid starts to overpower the taste of the bun and the chicken. I can't eat beef so I can't speak to whether beef burger is good or not. Was going to give 3 stars, but they were nice enough to throw away the veggie burger and replace it with a chicken sandwich instead. I guess this is a place you either love or not. So far, I could take it or leave it. On the other hand if you prefer bland food, or excessive greenery on your bun this might be the place for you. And maybe the prep crew was just not executing, I don't know, I have no reference to be able to judge. Also, after reading through reviews here, it appears that they use a bot to reply to bad reviews, instead of directly addressing the issues described. Doesn't scream out "we care" exactly. The opinions started rolling in.. one potential customer said she was going to wait about a month so any kinks would be worked out by the time she goes, since it was new. Another gentleman said he went and the food was too salty. Then more complaints. I don't really go off others opinions too much, I like to judge for myself. My food was actually very salty. We did go back and again it was very salty that time too. I went the one on Chino Hills the other day and it was fine.
