I have been a patron to this Location for years for over a decade and although there might be issues here and there, none were as offensive, disrespectful and simply put, out of line, as was an instance earlier today. The co-manager there at the time, Miriam Ramirez, was rude to both her employees and the costumers there. After coming to pick up 10 pizzas that I ordered, she reprimanded an employee simply for calling out my name and indicating that my order was ready and told him that's what the numbers are for and if they want their pizza, they will tell you. She then proceeded be disrespectful to other costumers waiting. I told her she was rude which she didn't take very well and upon asking her name, she shouted out her name proudly and said she was the co-manager and what?!?! I proceeded to then ask for napkins for my 10 pizzas and her co-workers told me they had ran out. Needless to say, I felt the need to call back about 2 hours later to ask for the name of the general manager to which the person who answered -- again Miriam Ramirez- said she indicated it was none of my business and if I wanted to complain I could go on the website like everyone else. To say I felt disrespected is an understatement. I work for a school and recently purchased over $350 worth of pizzas from this location combined with all the other times I have served as a patron. Myriam Ramirez gives this location and Little Ceasers a bad name and should probably be retrained or let go of. I am utterly disappointed and upset by her actions. On my way out, a fellow costumer told me to not let her actions or this event get to me as she too saw how awful she was to me and...
Read moreCame around 8.55 pm and was not greeted upon entering. Waited for 7 to 8 minutes before one of the 2 employees came out to assist a customer who was already waiting before we arrived. Once the other customer paid, the young woman who was at the register named Katherine J. finally said hello in a low tone, not very friendly. We placed our order and she then told us that nothing was ready and it would take 15 to 20 minutes to prepare (as if she was trying to deter us from proceeding with our order). We said it was ok and that we would wait outside. We began to pay for the order and she then said she did not have any change at all to give us if we were paying with cash. We had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times during the transaction because she was mumbling thru her mask and extremely difficult to understand. We waited out in our car for 20 minutes. When we returned to get our order, she informed us that it would be an additional 5 minutes because she had to remake our order of breadsticks due to the other order on hand being hard/stale. When we returned again after 5 more minutes, we double checked for the crazy sauce, as it was not included with the breadstick order and should have been; both employees stated that it was an additional $1.08. Also, that marinara sauce needs to be ordered/requested separately. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. I would never reccomend this location to anyone. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. If I could give 0...
Read moreOrdered online due to the fact that it takes forever to get a pizza when you come in.
I drove 20 mins to this place (I was running errands) and I come in. There's nothing in the pizza portal. There's one pizza in the original ovens up in the front.
There's two pizzas with two boxes of wings on the table in the back. The staff is in the back, meanwhile there's me and another guy waiting for his online order.
To make matters worse, the store was empty.
I've worked in fast food before and I understand the stress, but when your store is empty, you guys have no reason to be behind.
Edit: I just got my pizza. The other guy, who did get his code online before I ever did, is still waiting.
And the best part? My order was ready, but they didn't put it in the pizza portal.
Management, work on organizing your team better. That store was empty when I walked in. We didn't even get greeted or "I'll be right with you...
