Well...since I found my usual check cashing store closed..I went to buy a Las minute money order here. I am a waittress..so I keep part of my tips to pay my rent. Knowing that..I know it takes a lot of patience to count my singles. Well...I was greatfully surprised by this young lady's attitude. She was so nice the whole time. Counted All my money one by one..and at the end she told me I was handing her more than 150 dollars extra!! I couldn't believe it..so she counted all the money again in front of my wide opened eyes..and .yes! I counted more than I should have. So..I had some extra money to take my kids to the movies! I was so happy and grateful that I handed a 5 dollar tip which she didn't accept! I was like...OMG! Is this real? Stephanie was so honest..friendly and patient to me I couldn't believe it.! I mean ..these people are hard to find nowadays...so...well.. obviously not at Stater brothers right? Their staff is always so polite and nice to people! But this time..this young lady made my day!! Thanks a lot Stephanie!! God bless...
Read moreI have shopped at this store for the last 15 plus years. Never had a bad experience until this past Saturday night. I needed a pound of Cleo & Leo Turkey. There is no sign indicating it was closed or that it closes early. I asked for my pound of turkey and she gave me the dirtiest look. She attached the top piece and a young man from the meat department helped me. As she walked away. She again gave me a dirty look and proceeded to punch a trash can and knocked it over out of anger. So unprofessional and rude. All because she didn’t want to do her job and was probably trying to go home early. The worse service and...
Read moreI shopped this Stater Bros. regularly ( twice a week for 2 years) I always thought it was an okay store. Some associates can be nice usually you get ignored. Today I asked the cashier if he could spare any quarters. He said how many? I said $3. I am standing two feet away. Yes I know you are not a bank. And all you had to say was no. I didn't even need an explanation. Nice way to talk in front of a customer. I will never shop at that store again, besides the Chino store off Euclid is much nicer with friendlier staff. Actually it should be...
