Orange Villa Shopping Center has great selection of stores. Has almost enough to be a one stop center. Very well-maintained, updated, clean, well lit & feels safer, large open parking 🅿️ lot that allows for easy access ♿ and close proximity parking spots for the specific stores. Frequent or tried many of the entities located within. Continue to use on regular basis & recommend: Turner's Outdoorsman ( epic fishing 🎣, hunting, camping, specialized clothing & all things outdoors Staples...always nice to have office supply close to home and business. Easy to find. Staff is really good @ this location. Rarely busy. Lots of 1on1 help & they listen. Always makes for quick trip. This location has printing shop within as well. Zitos🍕 Pizza This prolly among best locations for inside options. Especially all the games space area. Plus its the original Zito's. BevMo- Nice big shop @ this location. Even give daily classes on different beverages. Great sales everyday and bigger 1s for the weekend and holidays. Already have some of the holiday themed offerings on sale. Kegs 2 caviar this store has always taken care of all our libation needs since they moved in. They do a great job @ choosing what to sell. Manager is super nice and listens well. Waikiki Hawaiian Grill has a straightforward, varied, traditional, & tasty Pacific Islander cuisine. Great red sauce. French's Bakery is absolutely delicious. Well known for their cakes and others heavenly creations. Has many other places like nail salons, hair salon, therapist, therapeutics, & many other different kind of stores that helps this center be almost an all in 1. Great location at bottom of hill @ intersection of Meats Ave/Tustin St. Zenas is a fantastic Lebanese & Mediterranean restaurant. Super authentic! We go or takeout often. Close to Villa Park & Orange Hills. Has a bank as well. Center has been totally refurbished. New style of buildings and paint scheme. Much more contemporary. Some of the stores- Laundromat Subway Great Pho @ Oh Tasty Dentist Medical offices Insurance Taqueria Poblano Fitness gym Hair threading Dry Cleaners Moon 🌙 Lashes And the Green Leaves has yummy BOBA! All free parking and the alley behind is for deliveries and employee parking. Great Shopping center for how many different offerings in such ideal corner location and most is single story except above BevMo area. Entrance from both streets. The security guard chased me off saying that I wasn't allowed to eat at Denny's. I had done nothing wrong. He was chasing others off as well. I talked to the manager at Denny's and told him what was happening and he said he would e mail the property management company. I was there with my church group on a Sunday afternoon. He even called the police on me. I was being discriminated against by the security company. And now have a lawyer who is going to open a case against them. And the management company also. They cannot pick and choose who can be eating at Denny's as a paying customer. Denny's didn't have a problem with me or my church group going there to eat. We are well dressed American citizens who have been wronged by those who discriminate against them. And have to have their approval of what they look like. Got drug to the Walmart by my wife Never go there on Sunday they were people actually driving things that belong on the street in there And it's way too crowded for that . Also you feel like you're in a 3rd world country To be honest out of a packed store and you only count for people that look like you American That's really where I draw the line the prices aren't that good either and I Like buying American not Chinese Goods. 22 years ago when I bought a house here it sure wasn't like that.
