I went in for my first day as a black card member and there was a girl named Daniel and white girl with blonde curly hair that i forgot her name. They where very rude and disrespectful. Mainly Daniel was the disgustingly rude one. The white girl knew that she shouldn't be speaking to customers the way that Daniel did . So the white girl wasn't rude at the front desk. I did the hydro massage and let my girlfriend try it beacuse she wants to see what membership she wants. Here comes Daniel checking on people like we are stealing something and instead of saying politely that none members can't use the massager she came and sent in the white girl to tell us. The thing was that the white girl came and yelled at us really loud that it only for members like the room isn't small enough to begin with. And I told her that it's ok and that she was only there for like a minute just to see how it felt. She came and yelled at us again like an ignorant person instead of just talking like a professional staff. Daniel came and started yelling at us when I went in the tanning both and all my girlfriend was doing was helping me put lotion on my back. She came started banging in the door like some one is chasing her to do something bad to her and yelled at us extremely loud that my girl can't use the both. I kindly told her yes I know and that my girl is helping me put tanning lotion on. She came and keeped yelling at us super loud that she needs to get out. I was on My underwear at this moment putting lotion on. Then my girlfriend gets out and tells her again that she was only helping me out. Daniel came and said thats what the staff is there for in a very very loud voice which was getting to a point that it was already a little too much from a person that's suppose to be helping you and not treating customers like that.. I get out the booth get dress and went to the front desk to see why Daniel was being so loud and rude. I approach her and ask her why did she take my bag from the machine where my girlfriend was exercising. She told me beacuse she could do that. So I came an I told her that she is being rude to me for no reason and she said she doesnt care and continued to be very loud. I asked to white girl who's the manager and she pointed at daniel. I told Daniel that she really doesn't act like a professional manager and she told me that she doesn't care and that I'm not going to tell her how she should do her job and that she been doing this for ten years. I don't really see how she last that long with that disgusting attitude at a place where the job is to do customer service. So i called the regional manager Stacy. Great guy and very respectful. And told him about the situation he said that he will take care of it. The point is that they can't be doing that to people and treating them like that. Specially yelling like that to customers. We pay to be there. They don't pay us to be there and it's not for free either. And the restroom smell the same or worst then a highway McDonald's. Smh

4/24 update The white girl said her name...

Horrible experience in their tanning booths. Several times that I’ve been tanning there I’ve noticed a ton of hair on the ground and today I realize there was a Band-Aid on the floor outside the booth when I was done tanning. I’ve also seen a lot of candy wrappers and other kinds of wrappers... very dirty! Yesterday when I went in, the sign that is supposed to say the tanning bed is clean wasn’t even on the little stool and there it was knocked to the ground which obviously means it was not cleaned prior to me entering.I asked one of the young workers that works there if they clean them after every use. He claimed yes. However I beg to differ considering that every single time I’ve been in a tanning bed it has been filthy. Also on the protector that covers the bulbs I’ve witnessed several times what appeared to be suntan lotion smeared all over the protector with God knows who’s sweat on there. Then they’re More concerned with you wearing eye wear then somebody catching some kind of infection or disease from their dirty tanning beds. This is Definitely against federal regulations in which the health department should be notified of! Next time I go tanning I will surely take pics to show to the upper corporate mgr, health dept., and possibly news channel 8 because it’s just that gross And not fair to people who pay money to better themselves and maintain a healthy lifestyle.Other than that the gym is great except for when people don’t clean off their machines which I’ve witnessed several times also. I’ve been going there for years but after signing up again after so long I wish I would’ve signed up somewhere else that is cleaner and takes more pride in the appearance and the customer satisfaction of their members. I am saddened to give this review but I also feel that they should get more mature older individuals to work at their facility that actually take pride in the cleanliness of it instead of sitting...

I have been going to this club since January 2017 and loved it, the staff was friendly and the gym was in really good shape. About two weeks ago, I called and asked them to remove my debit card I had placed on file in exchange for my credit card. The employee I spoke to (unfortunately didn't write down his name) confirmed that that card had been removed from their system and had been replaced by the credit card. I woke up this morning and checked my debit card bank account and saw it was at -$55. The reason I switched methods of payment was because I was planning on discontinuing my account associated with the debit card; my balance there has been around $3 as I haven't used it in about a month and save my money elsewhere. PF charged me $22 on that account, even though they said it had been removed, and I also got hit with $30+ in overdraft fees. As a college student, I barely have enough energy to work my part-time work study job on campus in addition to my course load and varsity tennis. I called and asked why they had charged an card they told me they had removed from their system and they proceeded to inform me that if I wanted to avoid this, I had to say I wanted my checking account deleted from their system, not just the card. So, by saying "Please remove the current debit card I am paying my monthly fees with and replace it with a credit card that you can charge" apparently wasn't clear enough; I had to say both card and checking account. I am extremely dissatisfied and disturbed at how this entire scenario played out and will definitely be canceling my membership as well as looking further into this.
