I asked about their early financing payout option, and the representative told me at loud and under camera that I could pay it off within six months without additional charges. They started my application and sent it to me for signature, but when I reviewed it, I saw it only allowed for a 45-day early payout. I showed this to the representative, and she told me I could call American First Finance (AFF) later to have it corrected.
After waiting 24 hours, I called AFF directly. Their team told me they had never seen a 45-day early payout option—it’s extremely rare. Also, I just might return half of the item I financed there because I can't help but question...
Read moreMy fiancé and I pawned our Xbox (cords and all), controllers, and a charging dock a couple of weeks ago. The people were nice, but not very professional. When I called to ask about them, "I don't know what could have happened to them" is all I was told. I trusted my belongings to be kept together and to be taken care of. How does something you NEED to operate a gaming console just...
