I went in today to get help with my voicemail because I wasn't able to download any of my voicemails in the app. The employee there told me that I had to pay to see my VMs. I told her that's only if you want to see them written out in a text form. She told me you have to pay the 2.99 to be able to see the list of the numbers that have left you a voicemail. Completely not true the people that are working there should have more knowledge than the average person that walks through the door if they don't have the knowledge they shouldn't be working there. I came home and did some google work and found that the old app does not work anymore and you need to download the new visual voicemail app ran by DISH. This will transfer any old messages in to archives and delete the old app automatically. She kept telling me that I had to pay for visual voicemail and that I had to upgrade to premium and I kept telling her no that can't be right and she kept telling me yeah it was. well she was wrong and I can't wait to go back tomorrow...

That's probably the only and best experience I've ever had encountering any of your representatives..Her name was Alex from the new Boost Mobile store on Woodville road..anytime I need to address my phone account in a store I will purposely ask for her and shop at which ever store she is taking care of at that time..I had another representative be very rude on the phone at a different store a few minutes before stopping at Alex's store hoping for someone more helpful an pleasant..I'm glad I stopped..She deserves recognition and a raise for her excellent customer service..I wish all the rest were like her..I was thinking of leaving Boost Mobile for a different carrier but meeting her actually changed my...

There signs on the doors and online say they open at eleven here not one person is in sight!!
