KFC — Restaurant in Oregon

I really shouldn't be even giving this a 2. I'm severely disappointed. I pre-ordered through the website. The website gave 5 minutes that my food would be ready. I knew my order wouldn't be ready in 5 minutes. It wasn't the last few times I ordered on the website. I arrived there 17 minutes after placing my order, 12 minutes after I was told my food would be ready. I go in the store, and told them I had an online order. The young lady asked my name and I told her. She told me my order had yet to be put together and they were working on it. After reviewing my order, I was informed that they were out of extra crispy chicken. How do you not have both types of chicken ready during dinner time? This isn't the first time this has happened. They told me I could either wait another 20 minutes or get the original. I figured my order was already almost ready, that I wasn't going to wait any longer. I couldnt leave without food, since i had already ordered and paid online. I opted for the chicken that was ready. They had infact not started on my order, but filled 4 more orders before it. Why have the option to order online ahead of time to have it ready when you arrive if it is not going to be? My order ended up being completed almost 30 minutes after placing it online. Tonight was a bust! The chicken was disgusting!! I’m not sure if they over cooked it or if it was old, but yuck!!! I ordered extra crispy skin and it was extra crispy all right, it was so crispy, I couldn’t get my teeth to go through it. The inside was dry and pliable. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good they tasted normal to my kids and myself. Also the biscuits were good but I wasn’t given butter or honey so that kinda sucked. The one great thing, well at the time I thought it was a great thing, was the cashier gave me a coupon because it said 19.99 on the menu for a family meal, 29.99 if u want tenders insted of chicken, but what that meant, as she explained at the windo was it’s 29.99 for the meal. Ummm…. Then why does it say 19.99 and 29.99 with tenders?” I don’t know Miss but it 29.99. I said no, I’ll just get the 19.99 deal, chicken only I guess. She said well I have a coupon so it’s 23.99. I said “I’ll take it”, “thank you”. Which would have been wonderful but the fact is the chicken was disgusting and there was no butter honey so ultimately I consider this night a bust. Honestly I don’t eat at this location in Ontario Oregon, very often so I’m not sure if this is the way it always is I can only give you my experience as of tonight and let you know I will not be coming back. Sat waiting to order at machine immediately, which is understandable. But after at least 5 minutes still wasn't able to order. Then once we finally did it took at least 20 more minutes till we got to the window. Once we did finally get to the window, my family and I (including my 4 year old son), continously heard profanity and yelling coming from in the kitchen this coming even from the larger gentleman who i believed to be the manager. Then when we got our food. We did not get the 36 nuggets we ordered even after he has asked if we ordered the 36 nuggets. Got funnel fries instead of regular fries. Ordered two large mashed potatoes and got one. And then a Cole slaw that was never even ordered. Had to turn back around and my husband went in while my 4 year old and I sat in the car while he was crying that he was hungry. and then had to wait at least another good 20 minutes to even get the proper food. When he did he said he "threw an extra mashed potato in there for the inconvenience" when in reality we just got our other mashed potato we ordered. Severely disappointed in the service today. I have NEVER experienced service this terrible. I will not...
