I went in to get a new stereo system and a back up camera for my 2010 Dodge truck. After the installation I notice my back up camera was not coming on when I put my truck in reverse it took several minutes for the back up camera to start working. I called Jai to let him know the issues I was having. Jai told me to come back in and they will get it taken care. They decided to install another camera and after installing another camera it was not working either. I called Jai again to let him know the situation he was very apologetic and told me to come back and they will take care of it. For some reason what ever they tried to do the camera just wouldn't cooperate but finally 5 cameras later ( 2 of the same cameras and 3 different brands) and them trying to figure out the problem with every camera that failed they were able to get me a camera that worked. The camera that finally worked for my truck was a higher end camera and more expensive then the ones they normally install. Jai let me know that they weren't going to charge me any extra for the more expensive camera since as a customer I had to deal with all the hassel and was very sorry for the inconvenience. I'm very pleased with the equipment, work and the professionalism that they provided, Yes there was a hick up with the camera and it did take several trips back to there shop to resolve the issue I still would not hesitate to do work with them again. Read moreI just called the store and a very patient and kind man named Brad picked up the phone. I'm personally upgrading my aunts can from a Christmas present. While I'm decently knowledgeable on car audio, it's still at hobbie level and I find difficultly with the math. This wonderful employee took the time to not only tell me what speaker sizes I needed, and whether or not they required bracket he also ordered in the dash kit for me; and it's cheaper than Amazon's! What made me have respect for him, and classifyed him as going above and beyond at is job was all the knowledge and advise he gave to me during this long phone call. I told him about a few gaps in knowledge I wanted to work on. This guy told me the best point to get started on understanding the electrical knowledge on car audio, answered all my questions on how crossovers work what happens in the different fail states from improper installation and tuning. (He said this way better sorry if any of my terminology is wrong) all the while his explanation was clear, consice, perfetional, and easy to understand. If you are going to upgrade a sound system I highly recommend you request Brad to help you, and make your sale threw him. Just from this phone call I can tell he's patient, kind, and will leave you enjoying your experience at sound warehouse; and the new awesome sound coming from your car on your commute to work! I had recently bought a new car, and needed an upgrade from the base system to something I could use hands free. I was referred to Jai Griffiths through a mutual friend, and I couldn’t have made a better choice myself. Jai was kind enough to work with me, and asked questions about what I hoped to get in terms of features and functions, and helped me pick out a kenwood excelon head unit that exceeded my expectations, but not my budget.
We set an appointment for installation, and I’m happy to say that they were able to take my car in early and get her started. One thing that I appreciated most is that not one person in that store talked down to me or the other people that came in to shop. These guys know their way around car audio, but they don’t make you feel bad for not knowing. That’s a rare thing in auto service environments.
