I cannot say enough good things about David and Joann. I am an avid collector and estate sale hunter. As such, I've brought them lots of projects—broken chains, pin conversions, charms in need of bigger bails, rings that need to be resized, etc. No matter how big or small the ask, the work is always exquisite and the prices are always fair. The ring was better quality than the husband. Thanks, Dave, for your wonderful customer service. My (now) husband wants to upgrade my diamond. Well be in to see you someday soon. Lisa...
