I cannot say enough good things about David and Joann. I am an avid collector and estate sale hunter. As such, I've brought them lots of projects—broken chains, pin conversions, charms in need of bigger bails, rings that need to be resized, etc. No matter how big or small the ask, the work is always exquisite and the prices are always fair. They have always taken the time to be up front and transparent with me about what will work and what won't. If a project requires additional research, I know they'll get back to me with options. In short, I trust them completely.

This is a true family business run by a husband and wife team. They have kids, so be advised they sometimes close during school holidays (I find this very endearing). They are also closed on Mondays. One tip: They use an old-school ticketing system for orders. Hang onto your ticket for a smooth...

Always a fantastic experience here. They are super friendly and helpful, but more importantly... They're fair and reasonable! They treat you like family. I've sold jewelry to them and they gave me a VERY reasonable price for it. I've had jewelry repaired there and the work was impeccable. Years ago, my (ex) husband bought my wedding ring at a mall chain store. It was supposed to be white gold. The DAY of my wedding, I noticed the yellow gold showing through. I returned that garbage and took the (ex) husband to Adams Jewelers. I selected a gorgeous estate piece. White gold that wasn't plated. Got rid of the husband and still have the ring.
