Auntie Anne's — Attraction in Orlando

Stood in line for 15 minutes and when I got to the register I ordered mini dogs to which the cashier said it would take 25 minutes to make. I told her that was fine since my flight wouldn’t be until later that evening and I had time to wait. She gave me a “really?” look and didn’t press anything on the computer. So I asked “are you just not wanting to make them?” to which her response was “no we don’t want to”. I worked at Auntie Anne’s for 2 years. I know that’s the most complicated order but It is not that difficult to make mini dogs. Also during my visit the lady handling the dough had gloves on and stopped what she was doing, she touched her braided hair and put it in a pony tail and went back to touching the dough. The woman working the front was so rude. I ordered an order of original pretzel bites, regular size. SOMEHOW, this lady misheard that as “5 large orders of pretzel bites”. She goes and prepares five MASSIVE sacks of pretzels and tells me my total was something over $40 and when I told her that was absolutely not what I ordered and said she misheard me, she got very angry and argued that I was now lying to her. She said unless I was going to pay for the five large bags of food that I was not going to be serviced so ultimately I left. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand that it can be embarrassing to be wrong but to get mad and refuse me service over something as small as mishearing someone is Ludacris. Not to mention that it’s in an airport so why on earth would I want or need about 8lbs...

If there was a 0 star, I would leave that rating. The breakfast sandwich was hard and cold that I purchased on Monday morning on 8/18/25 at 7:26am. I informed the 2 Hispanic female workers that the sandwich I just purchased was cold and hard and I'dlike a fresh sandwich. They spoke to each other in Spanish and laughed. The taller of the 2 girls was very rude, asking if I wanted to buy something else, when I clearly asked for them to exchange my breakfast sandwich for a fresh sandwich. She then made the comment that they just opened, which makes me think the sandwich was left over from a previous day since it was cold.
