Villa Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Orlando

Worst experience ever. Decided to go and get breakfast and the first thing you see is all the lady's staring at you and none of them moving. When one of them decided to help and greet me, her face expressions made me feel like I was in Italian hell. I get it we all have one of thouse days where our attitude is not the best. But when she finishes to prepare my plate she then puts the plate in the microwave!! Isn't the food supose to be heated all ready? So in my mind I'm thinking I'm gonna be eating food that has been sitting there for who knows how long. Then to be reheated in a plastic cardboard container. The total came to $10 and that's ok. What I order came to that but the fact that when I go and sit down and eat the egg the egg is some what uncooked and with not even a drop of salt or anything and if I was at least offered that it would of been fine. I have been to this place before and food is not great but it not bad either but today the whole service was just awefull. Oh and my cartboard plate was heated so much that the moisture of the food took over the plate and the entire bottom was wet! I had to go to jersey mikes and spend $13 because dealing with the women that work there would definitely not done anything. This place needs a manager that actually keeps taps on its employees and assures a pleasant customer experience. I really hope they change what ever they have going on. I'm a frequent flyer and this would not be one place I would spend my time or money on. I am not talking about all employees but at least the ones they had this morning where just not cutting it for...

Came here with my brother we ordered same exact meal 2 slice of cheese pizza side of mac n cheese and fountain drink charged me 18.06 who knows how long the slices have been sitting out.Paid and was told he didn't charge for the drink offered to pay for drink and was told it was ok. Brother waited for fresh cheese pizza got to the register I was already seated asked what he got. Exactly same thing payed 13.09.i understand airport food is over priced didn't realize price changes from customer to customer. Pizza was bland mac wasn't cooked crunchy Thank God the soda wasn't prepared here. When people ask about my trip from Florida I know what story I will start off with.
