Rude employees. I got 3 vanilla bean scones, which were labeled at $3.85 for 3. There was no listing of item prices, and when I received my receipt they were wrung up for $4.15. I spoke to one of the women working there, and she said she would look. My son went back to confirm the price, and it was listed at $3.85. The employee then went over and looked and never said another word until I asked. When I asked what would be done, she said the price on display was wrong. I asked what would be done to fix it, and she said the price in the system was correct, and there was nothing to do. I told her that listing one price and charging another was not okay, she shrugged and walked off. A failure on every level of customer service. When I reached out to Starbucks customer service, the gentleman I spoke to said that was not okay, and that he would send a feedback to the store. If you find yourself at the Orlando airport's 100's terminal, do not go to the Starbucks. You will get treated better anywhere else. If I could give a 0 star review I would....

However they had inappropriate rap music blasting so loud I couldn’t hear the girl trying to take my order. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself and she had to have me repeat myself as well. Once the order was placed I was waiting for the order, the music was still so loud no one could hear the names being called. My sister asked if the music could be turned down as we could t hear anything and the girl turned the music down slightly then extremely loud yelled “can you hear me now” and walked away. Another worker began laughing and stated “you’re so childish” and they bantered back and forth. Within a few minutes the music was turned back up. Our order had been called but the name was wrong. I ordered an iced shaken espresso with 1 packet of Splenda added. I was given an iced shaken espresso with no classic and no Splenda. No big deal... I took it back for it to be remade.
The girl who had to remake it was making faces the whole time as if annoyed that I wanted and expected what I had ordered to begin with.
The other girl (the one calling out names for orders) tried to tell me that the iced shaken espresso doesn't come with classic syrup (I order this drink every single day. Yes it does). After some back and forth, I asked her why the label would read "no classic" if it didn't come with classic to begin with? She continued to argue with me about it, suggesting that I made the mistake with my order rather than the staff.
