Can you give zero stars? Worst Chipotle ever every time I fly MCO. This time waited 20 minutes after my food order in another line to pay. Why?, apparently the credit card machine decided not to work but wasn't given a clear explanation. I had to ask after a minute or two of silence. Then we stood around awkwardly as the manager apparently didn't want to or have time to address the issue. I was asked if I had cash which I did not. Asked if I had another form of payment. Three failed credit cards later just like the three ahead of me I gave up. No food for me today and long journey home. Worst experience by far of any Chipotle I've been too. Things happen with processing of payment but how employees handle or don't handle says a lot about your brand. Clearly you don't care about the customer experience. Not once did I hear them say anything to any of the next victims in line that payment processing was an issue. They continued to take orders while food sat cold or each disappointed customer like myself walked off and gave up. I saw at least half a dozen that experienced the same service or...
Read moreOne of the worst places I have ever been to in my entire life. I was in queue for 30 mins and I have more than 10 points to share: 1 By the time I reached the counter, the guys took off his gloves and said his shift is over. 2 It took 10 minutes for the other person to take over. 3 There was no white rice, so they took another 5 minutes to fill it up. 4 When she asked me my meat option, she said we dont have any chicken. It again took more than 10 minutes to tell me if I want beef or vegetables and chicken is still grilling. 5 Finally, when I switched to veggies, there was no hot sauce. 6 Now this is a master piece. When I asked the lady if there is something wrong going on, she told me "Why do people travel on holidays" ... I was speechless with the entire experience and left the place and so did the person standing behind me. He told me that this is not the first time, he has seen people quitting over the counter.
Airport food court was the worse Chipotle that I have experienced. Lots aof workers moving slowly and not doing anything that wasn't their job. Many topping trays were empty and not being refilled unless you asked (e.g. salsa and salad). They were out of napkins. The counters and floors were filthy with spilled items. I asked for a salad bowl and the salad was old with reddish tint. I asked for new fresh salad. The counter associate gave me a weird look, went in back with the dish and only filled my dish with salad instead of bringing a new tray. He kept the bowl away as he took my ingredient order and when I started eating the salad was worse than what had been left in the original tray that i complained about. The chicken had so much skin and fat. I'll...
