The park itself is beautiful, there are a few playgrounds & nice grassy areas to enjoy. However, as a parent this park is not exactly ideal. To start, it is EXTREMELY dog friendly, in the short time we were there we saw a handful of aggressive breeds. Most notably, an elderly couple had a young pit bull that was dragging them around (The gentleman was literally walking with the assistance of a walking stick) the dog was clearly untrained & ended up attacking another dog. Of course, the frail old lady couldn’t control the dog or help at all in the situation. It’s really a shame that people choose to have these dogs & make them EVERYONE ELSE’S PROBLEM. After the dogs separated the pit bull was extremely energetic, running around looking for the next thing to jump all over, now imagine your child crawling around in eyeshot of the thing. Not only that, within 20 minutes of us being there OPD was on the scene & ended up leaving holding some sort of evidence in a gloved hand. I also saw a small baggie (use your imagination…) near the playground. The park ITSELF is okay, the environment…...

Mayor Carl T. Langford Park is a beautiful park with great trails and playgrounds, but my experience was overshadowed by safety concerns.

During my visit, I observed several individuals who appeared to be injecting drugs at the benches, pavilions, and even in the restrooms. It was very visible and hard to ignore, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Although the playgrounds themselves look nice, I would caution parents that the surrounding environment doesn’t feel child-friendly because of the open drug use. Personally, I would not feel comfortable bringing kids here until the issue is addressed.

I truly hope the city can provide more security and support so this park can live up to its potential as a safe,...

A large park located in a central area of the city. Lots of greenery and extensive, paved walkways that meander over a bridge, through winding (manmade) creeks, and a few swaths of plants on the way. Lots of trees and a small boardwalk system near the event space that is fun to walk but unfortunately littered with trash. The events facility has a small playground attached which is nice for little littles. Overall, there are many pavilions throughout the park with grills that are ready to use. Beautiful area in general. I could see these pavilions used for a baby or toddler birthday party easily. I would definitely recommend this park as an addition to your daily...

I was in the area looking for the Azalea Park. I found this park across the street with parking, restrooms, playgrounds and walking trails and I had to check it out: There are 2 playgrounds. One on either end. And 2 parking lots with free parking. The paths are concrete and good for exercise walking. There are several pavilions for rent if you want to schedule a party. This park has plenty of green grass open areas. A small little creek that runs through it and several bridges. Definitely a great place to spend a nice afternoon.

A very nice community park. Easy strolling paths and beautiful mature oaks with years of Spanish moss draping their branches. There is a playground for the children and plenty of foot paths and bridges to cross. There is a clean rest room to use. It has pavilions and a gazebo so you can host a birthday party or family cookout. Parking was easy and it was easy to get around. The park was immaculate and plenty of families were there enjoying the outdoors.

This is one of my favorite parks in the city of Orlando. It has lots of trees, shade, and paths for walking. I love to come here, take a few pictures, sit on one of the benches and people watch, and walk through the park. The park has playgrounds for kids and the pavilions, gazebo, and rec center are great for a variety of events. I'd recommend this park to anyone looking for a nice place to spend some time outside without venturing far from the city.
