Have to give this a neutral. The green walking bridge is rusted and rotting away (at the bottom) on the entrance side, so they have a wooden board nailed across it to block entry. This is apparently the only way to get into the main park area, as I couldn't find another entrance. I watched some kids climb under it anyway. The area outside is very minimal, Some park benches, a sidewalk, a mulchy area with some kid themed seating, a few small sculptures, and some "hills".
